Real Estate Notes
Great video this week! My partner and I were at the Las Vegas summit this past weekend. Not only did we meet the couple above, but we met many fantastic people this week and are THRILLED to be part of the DG family!!
At the summit we purchased one tax lien and one note. We are most excited right now about sharing the knowledge we learned on NOTES with other investors and creating a win-win business for ourselves and our partners.
Everyone in the DG family practices what they preach: create win-win scenarios, do the right thing and keep on truckin'. Really looking forward to partnering with other investors in the coming weeks and networking online with those we met in person.

The book " Be A Real Estate Millionaire"
What does it mean to me to be part of something bigger? Great! It's like having an extended family and friends around the world with so much knowledge and experience about real estate. "GURUS" all because of you Dean. I just finished reading "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" and I'm working on my buyers list and sellers list. The book gave me more confidence about doing real estate. I'm glad I went to your seminar hear in town. Thanks DG and DG family. I have learned alot from Matt and Carol, and I like reading about experiences from your beginners students. Thank you.
What Does It Mean to Me?
To be a part of a group of like-minded people means not only the difference between success and failure, but doing it all wrapped in enthusiasm rather than stoicism. Like-minded people push you forward and keep you pumped. You start to see what is possible, what you can do, not what you can't. If you are on your own, the crazy voices in your head can take over and defeat you. So, what do you want, support or doubt? Encouragement or negativity? The choice is obvious, isn't it?

Well...
For me, feeling part of something bigger gives me a sense of being part of life, because I think so many of us get caught up in our own lives and problems, stresses, etc. that we kind of forget to actually LIVE, to see all the wonder and opportunity around us. Being part of something bigger takes us out of our own microscopic lives and makes us take notice of the power of many, vs. the power of one, and through that shared power it can give us clarity in our own lives. We can all benefit from the knowledge of someone who's been where we are before.

How many emails did you get saying "no man is an island"? a well known saying yet people with good intentions often find themselves trying to do things themselves without seeking the help and guidance of others with more knowledge and experience that are willing to help if only asked.

I played 12 years of pro football and the theory there was strength in numbers. The same holds true in this group. Whenever things get scary and you are not sure what to do, there is a group member you can ask that will give you the info you need or direct you to someone who has the info. That security is critical and part of any "survival" in an extremely competitive world.

new to the scene
I'm just starting out for the first time. I have been sitting on the sidelines due to a back injury. Since then I went back to school for my Business Degree. Before this all I had was a G.E.D. I have been struggling trying to get back into the workforce. Going from the blue collar to the white collar isnt easy these days especially at 42 years old. I was starting to feel hopeless and then I saw Dean on television for the first time. He inspired me to start in my own business. Now I'm working on my first deal and I'm excited for my future again.
