I have not completed my 1st deal yet, but have had a couple come close. Good Weekly Wisdom, great people workin it. I have gone thru the PMI training course and am getting out there and finding properties. As always, great site, great information and always someone there willing to help and be positive.

It is so wonderful to be part of the DG community! Dean's weekly wisdoms are so inspirational, I could not think of a better motivational way to start the week.

My husband and I had wanted to invest in real estate for over 10 years. We finally have after all the wonderful information from Dean's trainings! We have our first rental duplex, our first rehab and rent is underway, we are closing on our second on Friday and we have 3 more undercontract! All of this since January! I cant wait to see where we are a year from now.

it is great to be a part of something bigger than yourself. you don't have to go it alone or reinvent the wheel. it's so good to have people you can go to for advice, wisdom or just encouragement when you're down. alot of friendships have been formed on this website and in my REIC. wouldn't know what to do without either one of them. thanks, Dean!

I haven't been a part of a big group of real estate investors. Seeing the Couple sharing their experience and hearing them how much they made, has allowed me to look into your website deeper. Thanks.

I went through a personal situation which made me rethink my investing strategies and how I wish to spend my time... and as I get older end my time.

I attended a one day event, which lead to a three day event, which lead to another three day event, which lead to my husband and I joining the mentoring program.

This website has been great, not just for the inspiration we need but for the education you receive FREE. This website gives EVERYONE the ability to succeed no matter what your financial situation is. I have learned how to network, I have been given the opportunity to learn from others mistakes and successes. Yes, I do reccommend if possible buying the books, attending the three day events but if your resources will not allow then post your questions, get your answers and make it happen. We have been given a great opportunity through this site.

We are working on a fix and flip right now which will be our first deal. We bought a home that had sold previously for $121,000 for $44,000, we will put approximately $15,000 into and list for $110,000 when finished. There is a home across the street on the market for $139,000 with a current offer of $119,000 ( talking to the homeowner I think they are going to take it). I couldn't be where I am doing this without this site and all the educational materials.

Another great blog! Dean, I failure so many times before in other things that I've tried and I don't want to fail any more! I've been listening to your weekly wisdoms now for over a year and I find them very inspiring. I'm very grateful for them. They have always helped me when I felt like giving up and I always leave your site feeling inspired and motivated every time!
Thanks Dean. I made the commitment last week to make this work no matter what! If I don't make the decision now to change my current situation then nothing will ever change and I have to change things NOW!! Both for me and my family's sake.

Good advice from Dean once again. To be inspired about real estate, and stay inspired, hang out with people that have the same dream about real estate that you do and are taking steps to make that dream happen. It keeps you excited and keeps you moving in the right direction, full speed ahead.

Being a part of something bigger then me is like being in a boat in a wide ocean, and when I feel I have gone too far, or are caught up in dangerous waters, you and this network is my anchor to keep me from ending up lost somewhere in "negative" territory. Coming back weekly keeps me on track and I thank you DEAN for being who you are and caring so much about your students. There is just something so remarkable about
attending. The ambiance goes beyond the usual motivation. It provokes us not only to excel in every aspect of RE, but to look at FEAR/DOUBT right in the face, go out there and strike a deal. Once we break the ice of fear, boldness to continue the RE process will creep in. Holding on too long, eats up ones zeal to venture into a first deal and puts you in a LAZY mode. It becomes harder to ever start anything. This is the best time to STRIKE THE IRON WHILE IT IS SO...... HOT. Let us not allow anything to kill our "fresh" enthusiasm. Thanks to all that were there especially Dean Graziosi.

I believe in being around like minded people also, that's why I joined my local rei club. Lots of good info from there. I am not in the game however. 35 years old, no spare money, no savings, and a 5 week old baby! I have huge fear of not finding any buyers. Are there buyers in my area? Yes, they are members of the rei club. However, why would a seasoned investor want up work with a rookie wholesaler? How do I get beyond that fear? That is the only thing holding me back. I can scout houses and know my area. I actually gave a lead on a house that may become available, but have a fear if bumbling the deal and losing the opportunity. It's so hard to get over that fear.

Thank you for the wonderful testimony. We are constantly bombarded by negative Neds and Nellys. I listen to these videos to keep me motivated and ontrack. Thank you.

What it means to be a part of this group of like-minded people... it lets us know we are not alone, that we are not crazy to want this so badly, that if others can do it, so can I. I think it provides that comraderie to a group of individuals that is inherently lacking between individuals... meaning we are, by the nature of our chosen field of endeavor, separate individuals competing in an arena that can be tough, cut-throat, hard to succeed. Having others experiencing the same thing and sharing best practices is very re-assuring.
