We are working on townhouses that we are purchasing for $45,000, putting in approx $12,000 and either selling for $80,000 or renting out at $1200/month. At least 2 of these are coming on the market every day. The vacancy rate is nearly nonexistent.

I also have a sales agent, and my husband is an infrastructure engineer, so I have the techie end covered. We can do anything you want, from wholesale to full rehab. Oh, we also have the best home inspector in the business. I just got handed a list of 4 homes we can sell for whatever we can get. Our cost is ZERO. Pure profit. If we sell these, we get the full list- over 100 more. These are from an attorney for an overseas investor that JUST WANTS OUT. How much can we make if we have no cost??
