I know you asked for just one more, but I'm an overachiever. So here are five more philosophies that I would add to your powerful list:

1. ALWAYS put your health over money...ALWAYS. You can always make more money, but once you lose your health, that's it! GAME OVER! If you don't have your health, you have NOTHING. So put your health at the TOP of your priority list.

2. "You become what you think about most of the time." - Earl Nightingale <- so choose your thoughts wisely!

3. "What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve." - Napoleon Hill

4. "Always assume the world is rigged in your favor." - Arianna Huffington

5. "In every adversity, there is a seed of an equal or greater benefit." - Napoleon Hill

Keep rocking it, Dean!

You are a unique person. Everyone else is also different and unique. Our differences make us special. Don't blend it, be a person you can be proud of.

Awesome as usual Dean - you have just hit another home run. Your philosophy list is very uplifting and encouraging. Her's another added philosophy statement for your list:-

To the list, I would add: "Respect Your Freedom! Many people have given their life so that you may have it."

We all need to remember... America is awesome. None of our investing opportunities would be possible without our Freedom. I would like to take this moment to say Thank You - to every soul that has made this a reality for us all.

You asked and I will deliver.
#1) Spare the rod and spoil the child. They want to know their boundaries and they will respect you more when they cross the line and you tan the rear end. This works until 4 + years. It is tough love and it works. I cried more than they did when I had to take the action.
#2) Expose them to the ABC's of Jesus Christ. They must be exposed to the truth of the bible and the process of acknowledging that all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. There are none righteous no not one. The wages of sin is eternal death. But the gift of God is eternal life through His son Jesus Christ. So Believing that Christ was crucified, died and was buried and raised from the dead on the third day according to the scriptures for the remission of our sins. Confessing to God that I am a sinner and Believing that Christ died for my sins I do now receive Jesus as my personal savior.
For whoever calls on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ shall be saved. Realizing that all of my Good works i.e. Dean's Philosophies without a personal relationship with Jesus Christ are as filthy rags before our sinless righteous God. So first things first, expose them to Jesus Christ and pray that they are called into a relationship with Him.

Children that have this relationship are the easiest to rear, Then you are truly blessed and you can rest assured in their eternal salvation. Eternity is forever. This world is fleeting.

For God so loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son, That whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

May the Lord continue to bless you.

The only option in life that is almost always the wrong option is walking away and choosing not to be in the game.

For young children such as yours, I would just ask them to do a good deed daily. Or to put it another way, ask them to look for ways to help or serve other people.

This is my first post. My husband introduced me to your website and since he has decided that we will be real estate investors I want to learn a lot quickly and to learn from the best.

1. When fear knocks Faith answers the door.

2. We don't bow down to what some call defeat, instead we rise up to fully embrace developmental experiences. These experiences prepare us for success.

Great Topic Dean....Gosh over the last 2 weeks I was sooo overwhelmed removing / going around under obstacles and I could have just quit but instead of quitting I dug in my heals and hung in there moving one step at a time towards accomplishing my Goals...as they say how do you eat an elephant...one piece at a time also I have a book of Daily Meditations for each day which I read before I start the day that helps me keep on track For Example todays is: which I really liked todays Meditation that states "My achievements today can be many if I do not waste precious moments anguishing over persons (also situations) I can't control" Oh how true that is, I just need to move on and forward instead of sliding.... Thanks Again Dean for all of your daily wisdoms.... :--))

And this is very near and dear to me. We never, ever allow someone else to define who we are or what we're capable of doing! No one determines our happiness, it comes from within ourselves, and nothing or nobody can EVER take it away. Be a thermostat, not a thermometer.
