I'm a little confused about raising my standards. I guess what you're trying to say is to go out there and try your heart out and if things don't go as planned, I could always change it or if I failed, I would have something to learn from it. Faking it to make it sounds too harsh for me because it might seem okay to me at some level but I think that if I made an offer that was 30% or more off the asking price where I live, I would get a lot of rejections. As you probably know, living between San Jose and San Francisco is not cheap. So, trying to buy a home for 30% off sounds like a steal. A real steal!I know you want me to ask Matt Larson to share with us about his new secrets no offense Matt but I would rather hear it from someone who is doing well here between SJ and SF because $100k homes seem like a dream house in the mid states. You won't find that here.

Ok Matt Please do share and teach. Somebody once shared and taught you, now you have a chance to give back and again please do. Your sharing teacher may be watching to see and be proud how far all this has gone and how far it can and will go. Hello all. Big John

Matt, this part is for you: However-although I will not tell you that you should, or that you “gotta” do it; I most certainly will encourage you to share some information with us.

It pleases me to see what an inspirational example of Dean’s “training” you are to others. How IT IS possible to not only succeed in doing what he teaches us, but, to also “make it your own” as you indeed have; congratulations! You too seem to have “Dean’s knack” of being able to deliver your wisdom in such a “straight forward” manner as to make the understanding of the information digestible to those who have an appetite to hear it.

Now Matt-I would most definitely appreciate it, if you would be kind enough (again) to allow us to take advantage of your generous nature (and wonderful company) as you share with us, some more techniques that you have practiced and have found to be successful. I know it would bless us to hear you to do a live cast and shed some light on those “incredible, empowering secrets” that Dean’s mentioned on his most recent “Weekly Wisdom” #295. Thank you Matt, again, for all the things that you do for the “DG family” and the inspirational example you set for us and others.

I am one of those people that go against the majority, but I don't think you should have to share everything you know,with everyone. There are somethings that need to be kept to yourself. I know we are all here to learn, but there comes a time when you have to say NO!
I just did my first deal about 2 months ago and I'm hoping to get my second one here by the end of July. It has been a little slow starting for me, but I know I'm going to make it in real estate!
