OfflineI road around my neighbor hood and got all the fsbo numbers and called them up of course. And then this morning when I got off work and went on craiglist.org. I was looking at some properties and found one that had a link to another website. I went to the website and I found 3 other houses in my neighbor hood that were being sold by owners!! The website is owners.com and i'm not sure if this had been posted before but just incase I am posting it now. It tells you where the house is, how much its being sold for, if their willing to work with buyers agent, their phone number and option to email them, and more. Its kind of like craiglist, but just another website for just FSBO.

Thats my same problem. I have a part time job and I'm a part time investor, so I had to find a way to locate the homes I wanted to call about with out having to drive through every nieghbor. Plus the gas, wow don't get me started on the gas. Its not hard to find these sites though, look around craiglist and google and you can several site like this one... but this is the best site I've found so far and is why I posted it. So its no problem to help others on here when others help me. Just doing my part as a Dean Graziosi student.

I tried it out owners.com and craigslist looking for motivated sellers but I realize most people listing their houses here are investor or owners who are too cheap to pay a Realtor. I am not saying that you can't get a deal through these but in my area these sources are almost useless. Good thing I have a Reator sending me properties which include REO's , still no deal yet.

Look at it as a way to track the property you might be interested in pursuing. Investors & owners constantly change their asking price on sites like these. If they still dreamin' of their dream price know that eventually they have too have to stop dreamin' & come down to reality and lower their prices.

I haven't acheived anything from these sites yet but I'm steel looking some of these ppl are desperate some are mean and cheap. you just have to keep on digging. alot of ppl have prospered from craiglist and hopefully soon owners.com

Its awesome that everyone is finding new ways to help others who have limited time to call about FSBO. HomebyOwners.com Is another good one. They give free flyers to make, including your pics and they have you list your info to put on there that way you can print out your flyers and advertise the house you have on their site for free, plus find tons of FSBOS. This is awesome site for finding and advertising homes. Its all free, but you get much more such as signs and more pics to put on your flyers and site for like 130 dollars this is the site I have been using here recently. I hope everyone can benefit from this!
