Real Estate Investor’s 12 Days of Christmas!

This is my very first post, and after seeing Indiana-Joe's post (1 of many I've read) I had to say That's Fantastic. Merry Christmas to All! I will be back.

LOL Joe! This is pretty good when me for one isn't thinking of Christmas. I make a promise to the Almighty that this is the very last xmas where I have to beg for handouts from the Toys for Tots or some other organization. Short funny things like this tend to reach out to us and make us laugh a little when the end of the year looms and stress rises. Thanks again Joe!

I must say....that was the best ever! I wish everyone a prosperous New Year as I start on my journey. I do believe that I can achieve! My first rehab will go on the market right after the holidays and I'm very excited.
