I am claiming it in 2011. My goal is 5 properties this coming year. I own two right now but I will may it to 5 just need the tools and with you and Dean on my side I can't loose.

There is a saying I just learned this December that said "She who has no abition ends up working for someone who does" I Don't THINK SO.......

Thanks Carol for posting that poem. It came at a time when I needed to hear/read it most. I am hoping to make my first deal in January with an assignment deal. I'm nervous, but am just going to go out there and do it. Wish me luck.

I had to read it twice! My pace is slow and I can't tell how close I am, but I definitely won't quit! I can tell that things are changing for the better all the time.

I am stating here and now that 2011 is the year my family and I are no longer slaves to the checkbook... where you have to squeeze every drop out to make it to the end of the month.

Networking is tops on my to do list. Then the deals will start flowing from there! Have a great 2011! Can't wait to see your progress.

Great poem!!! I just signed up with Success Academy! I have read both books and tons of posts on this site. My husband just started reading "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and he is half way through and is already pumped! I said "wait til you read the second one!"
He already has a piece of property picked out and wants to put a mobile home on it and lease with the option. If it works the way we want it to, there is a possible 40-80k in the deal so we can start another one. My goal for this year is to be debt free and in a bigger house with more land.

I enjoy your posts so much because you are always encouraging and giving. I will tweek my goals for 2011 and write down the steps it'll take for me to get there. I pray that you continue moving forward and that you reach all your goals. Happy New Year

I have this poem posted in my garage where I see it every day on an old plaque I got at a thrift store many years ago. It really is a wonderful reminder. Lookout 2011! I'm on my WAY! No stopping me now!

It is CERTAIN I will SUCCEED! (Every time I feel down about something, I say this, every time I've had a deal fall through, or something has gone wrong, I say it. Morning and night I say this! Daily affirmation... your actions and outcome will follow what you tell yourself!

It is CERTAIN you ALL will SUCCEED with the right attitude and perseverance.

Thank you Carol, I am claiming it also. How did you know? I said that on New Years Eve and I am saying it everyday since.
I have already made an offer on what I hope will be my first success story of 2011 and am trying right now to get funding or an end buyer for investment or rental purposes.

Staying focused is the KEY!!! Know what you want, create a strategy and stay focused on it...If it's wholesaling than wholesale, Investing than invest, birddogging than be a PITBULL!!! LOL

You must have a plan in line and a strategy instead of jumping all over the place. Then.... GO FOR IT!!!
