Would like to hear more about that "21 Day Plan" where it is or how it works. But... The jest of it that I got is to Formulate a way to start in REI by mainly doing something each and every day. if there are any particular plans written up or guidelines to follow I would be VERY interested in reading and then following them...The main part is to just keep doing SOMETHING each and everyday.. stay in the trenches and keep swinging till some is hit. Am I right?

I enjoy reading all your posts, but especially when it is encouraging to us... most of yours are. Keep up the good work and happy investing.

Hi Randy! Congrats on your success! I just want to reiterate that there might be a few whiners on these boards, I don't think you can really control that, but there are plenty more of us that are for realz and love to hear from the all the old hats like you. It's awesome to hear from you. I hope we get to meet you and your wife in person soon. You're kind of a big deal these days. We'll be chasing your 150 deals, We have exactly 149 to go and the first time we ever thought about investing in real estate is when we stumbled upon this "rock bottom blue print" back in August. We knew nothing until we got the same set of DVDs as everyone else that bought the program. We didn't hit our 30 day goal, but that's just because the learning curve on the first deal is pretty big. Now that we have one under our belt, we have 2 more under contract and the more and more we learn, the faster we can go. Right now, we don't exactly feel comfortable having more than 2 under contract, so we're not as aggressive as we could or should be because we want to progress the right way. I met with a local DG-er yesterday who was very generous in her advice to me. One piece of advice she gave was to look you up and read your previous threads. I have a lot to learn and appreciate your willingness to share with others!

Its a proven fact hat if you do something for 21 days it will become habit. So in STARTING decided what you are going to do. Exam Pass out 50 bussines cards a week, Check adds and call at least 3 buyers, Put two adds each on mutlipal sites, Put out 50 bandit signs. GO to REI meeting. Just this right here will help change the way you think and act. Its all about taking action.

Thank you for this post Randy. I must agree with Dave about you on the 2011 EDGE DVD set, you were definitely an inspiration to me. You were so passionate and thankful to everyone that helped, and I can't wait until I can say "I'M AT 150+ DEALS AND MY NET WORTH IS OVER 2MILLION!!" It sounds like it's so far away, but i'm sure you thought the same thing at one time. It inspired me even more in this post when you said you were flying to KC from CALI because i'm in KC. If you're coming here to invest, I know there's plenty of good deals here!! I am claiming my success right now!!! Thanks to all the DG family that motivates, and helps the few serious investors on their way to the top.

i understand what you've said about bs, but we're all learning as we go. even the more experienced ones are learning everyday, at least i hope so. i'll let you know for sure when i get there lol.
i've been working toward becoming experienced, i think i was longer than you getting my first deal. just know that more people read what you say than you may know. i'm so happy for your family, i know i'll be picking up speed now that i finally did a deal and wondered what all my fear and lack of action was all about anyway
i'm also ashamed to say i've had edge '11 since i got the sfl system, but haven't opened it so i haven't seen your edge testimonial....yet.
