Awesome work man I'm always super impressed by your focus and determination! Your self motivation and accountability has brought you a long way in the last year. Sounds like you were reflecting at the buffet on how far you have come. Its important to look back and see how far you have come instead of always looking at the horizon to where you want to go. This is something that Dean always talks about that I have to always tell myself too.

Haha you are definitely right. This is a true story I will share with people when I become a millionaire soon.

I never let discourgament get to me because I know I have a big dreams to accomplish. Also I know having a big dream, there is always going to big setbacks, difficulties, and lots of challenges.

I'm glad to let you know that I bounced back and ordered 60 bandit signs from Banditsigns.com whch should hopefully arrive at my p o box tomorrow.

I cant wait for my aka bandit signs to get there for real.

Hopefully we would meet up one day before the edge for sure which I plan on attending next year.

Thank you. I ordered 60 bandit signs off banditsign.com earlier this week and the signs were delivered this morning in my p o box.

I got a good deal because everything came up to $101.00 (1.69 for each). At least I'm happy that the price I paid was better than the $3,00 was buying from this other local print shop in my area.

I just got them and I'm about to writing this below on all of the 60 signs before the end of today so by tomorrow I will start placing the signs outside and let the fun begin.

In regards to your other question about my taxi cab license, My offical date I was scheduled for the training is July 14-18 but they told me if I come for the training before mines which is this month on June 16 if there is an empty slot for example if someone cancelled or couldn't make it, they will put me in. I pray someone cancell or show up late on June 16 lol.

You are definitely right. I really had to take a deep reflection that day on how far I have come up within a year in terms of not only the knowledge I have gained on dg.com but also the confidence which I have built as well.

Made lots of mistakes in the past and each time I remember them and remember my "WHY" it motivates to go the extra mile.

I have a passion for REI and it has made to cut off lots of relationship which I had with friends and family members as well who had a low mindset. I just started to love them from a distance.

Each day I look at myself in the mirrow and I declare I will become a millionaire. I'm never worried of my present situation now because I know everything it about to turn around for my own good this month.

We will definely catch up at the EDGE 2015 for sure or even before then.

12:00-1:30Am: Renewed some of my ghost ads targeting cash buyers and then watched a movie on netflix and fell as sleep from there.

8:30am - 1pm: Woke up and went to the grocery store to grab some breakfast.

-Opened a new account on backpage

-Went to a nutrition store to buy protein shake and pre-workout stuff drink.

-Went to advance auto parts to buy 2 strokes of oil for my bike which I am suppose to change every 1000 miles.

-Changed the oil of my scooter

- Recieved an email from a tirekicker off my ghost ad on cl. Here is what he wrote I want to show this property to a few of my buyers. I will add $5,000 to your price and show it to them immediately.
 Let me know if this is something we can do. I would like to help you sell your property and at the same time bring you the most cash possible. Can we come to an agreement in the price between me and you, so I can then show it to my buyers at a slightly higher price to be able to earn something on my end?I have about 300 buyers that I can immediately email blast this too, if they show any interest we can arrange a showing. Would you be open to the idea of maybe signing a simple agreement between me and you locking in the property address, price and if you can give me some exclusivity on the deal for a period of 30 days would be great."
I deleted his email immediately.

5pm - 11:59pm
-Posted more ghost ads on backpage targeting cash buyers
 
-Went to dollar general to buy cookies and nuts so it can keep me up all night long.

-Recieved a call from a tirekicker off my ghost ad on backpage. I screened him and then asked for pof and he was like he will show me when I find the deal for him. So I asked him how quick can you close and he replied 10-15 days. Then I was like are you ok putting down a non refundable deposit of $10,000 when I deliver to you and you want it. Then he goes like, I'm good.. I didn't wait a sec and I blocked his number and added it to my "not to do list".

-Went to goodwill to buy 2 suits, dress pants, and shirts. I made a commitment I will always think, act and dress like a millionaire/CEO every day.

-Read the section of filling up your buyers bucket on 30days to quick cash
and fell asleep.

12:30am at - 11:59pm
-Fell asleep and woke up around 12:30am.
-I Called bandit sign .com and ordered 60 bandit signs.
-Went to the grocery store to buy food.
-Went to McDonald's to stay away from my comfort zone.
-Went to gym
- Recieved a response off my ghost ad on cl for cash buyers.
-My other catering job offered me a shift to work on June 19.

Knowledge I gained
-Logged on DG.com and read some great post
-Read the section of filling in your buyers list in the 30 days to quick cash and jotted down some crucial notes such as power letters, etc.

I found a new restaurant which would keep away from my comfort zone. I spent most of my day there.
Lol someone stole my little laptop I bought for $100 a few months ago while I was asleep.

I rarely use that laptop since I bought my smartphone and doing everthing in terms of my rei business all via my smartphone which is much better.

After that incident, I didn't get discouraged or started complaining because I know it will make me lose my momentum. All I did was shooked it off my head and mind the told myself Everything happens for a reason whether good or bad because I know it is working in my favor. I got a future bright and when I become a millionaire I will share my story with people.

-Researched on some more REI groups and found quite a bunch which I plan on attending in the near future.

Like Ali mentioned during the EDGE. He was like there are lots of people out there who will show you a million dollar moves but would finish with a nickel.

I didn't do much on this day.

I remember riding my scooter well dressed in my suit and I got to the property which was under construction. This property is worth more than 1.5 million. So I stop on the driveway and asked of the construction workers that I would like to see you boss.

Out of the blue moon a man approached me and I found myself dumb founded for real. You coud tell I didnt have enough confidence in myself at that moment and it took me like 5 seconds to remember what to say. Lol then I go I'm investor and I have a unique way of finding deals on properties more than...he didnt even let me finish talking and he goes like I'm an investor too so I want you to get out of my driveway!!

I felt embarrass but it's alk good.

Then I handed him my business card for my buyers and rode off.

I learnt a lesson which was always introduced name and then go straight to the point with lots if confidence. This was my time in my rei I pulled over at a construction site and spoke with the owner at site.

After thathat incident I had to refer back to my notes and rehearsed my power speech next time this problem wouldn't repeat itself again for real.

I will share another story of the same type of situation which I did today june 6th in my next post and I was successful after I learnt my lesson from the last incident. Fortunately I was able to add him who is an attorney to my power team:)

-Woke up

-Picked up my bandit which I ordered online signs from my P O Box

-Went office depot and bought permanent marker.

-I Started hand writing on the signs.

Working on bandit signs like handwriting on them.

Then I posted the signs and I received like 24 calls off the sign and I added 3 real cash buyers.

-The wholesaler who was in my not to do list text me a bank statement of his buyer. So I removed him from my not to do list and I told him I would like him to ask his buyer the zip codes, type of property, exit strategy so I can best deliver this deal to him. I scheduled a meeting with for today monday.

While I was putting up my bandit on Saturday night around 11pm. A wholesaler approach me. We exchange business cards. He told how he always puta at least 30 offer each day on mls. He told he has a deal which got accepted and I told him I have buyer for it and which I really do. I scheduled a neeting with yesterday but he couldn't make it because of the rain. We decided to partner up and spilt our profit 50/50.

Also he told me his landlord is a buy ans hold cash buyer and I added his landlord criteria to my list.

Recieved a call from the city that I should remove my some of.my signs before 12midnight unless they would fine me if they see by monday morning. .

I had to remove all them and majority of ny other signs on other locations

I added 3 buyers to my list

Actions I took
-Touched base with my new partner on two properties which he has under contract.

The wholesaler is a newbie like me but the one thing I like about him is his "not giving attutude". He looks up to me as his coach in rei for real. He tells me how agents are mad at his offers and I told him it is a number game. I was like "you should never be emotional attached to a property but instead fall in love with the numbers".

The first property is vacant and I told him to contact the realtor and let them know his needs access to show his partners which is me and my cash buyer. And also estimate the repairs.

Same things goes with the second property as well in terms of he doesnt know how much the tenants pay or if they are even paying rent at all. So I told him i need all.these info and also repairs cost as well and type of repairs.

I sent him my new cash buyer's criteria so he can make offers mmeeting their criteria

I have buyers for the two properties he has.

I woke around 4am and
I gathered the 30 missed calls on saturday and 6 missed calls on sunday off my bandit signs targeting cash buyers I received after I accessed my google account.

I just learnt Google won't let me text multiple numbers at once and I'm only limted to texting 5 contacts at a time. I decided to group the 30 missed calls into a group of 5 and started to text them my power speech Dean shared on "30 days to quick cash".

After being successful texting the 4 group of numbers.

Then I tried texting the next group of 5 numbers and Google said "MESSAGE NOT SENT" after numerous attempts.

I would like an experienced person to tell me what I can do so I can be able to create a solution to this problem?

- Received a reply text from one of the numbers and I guess I had texted the wife lol and here is what she was like

1St off, its 4:30 EST, I cant even think now what property! !! Email my husband and she gave me her husband email and number. As I am sure, it was he & not I that called. Gratuitously half asleep and irritated.

I guess I wasbt suppose to text them this earlier. Oh well I blame it on my momentum. I wouldn't do it next time.

Sorry for my slow response getting back to you. It seems I went on a vacation but I didn't.

My other job which I had before, I was working 10-6pm and by the time I come back I go to bed.

So right now I'm in the processing of finding another job which I can be working over night so I can make good use of my daytime for my real business.

-Added an agent's buyer criteria to my list after calling several agents. Just like Matt lawson said when you call these agents 50% wouldn't like the idea but the rest would say heck yea send me the deals.

- Added an agent buyer's crieteria to my list. I meet this agent in a grocery this morning and I do huim what I do which is usijg creative mrketing technique to find deals nobody can find and we will pay him 3% of the sale price as his bonus. His buyer is a developer and is a buy and hold guy which makes it awesome.
