I'm down south, and there are alot of local banks in my area. I will contact them and ask them all about the "no-season" refinance. There are alot of reos and foreclousures that I want to get my hands on and hopefully hold when the market comes back up. What ever info that I find, I will share with you all here on the DG site.

i am looking forward to looking at your website. i never wanted to wholesale, yet i think that is the best way for me to go in the beginning. i need CASH and fast! i took the plunge and enrolled in the Success Academy and am waiting on my material to arrive. i have my first call on Tuesday and i'm excited. this was a huge leap of faith for me, but reading all these journals and comments are such a huge encouragement to me. your first purchase sounds very exciting. we all know you will do well. congratulations and can't wait to hear more about this one and the next ones.

Thank you Carol for all the info. you have put on your site. I am reading it all the time and still trying and with all of your awesome info. on here and on your site I may actually get a deal done. I really would like to have you as my mentor because I am confused and you just know everything. I am enrolled in the Success Academy but I just don't seem to get it from their answers that they give me what to do. I am having a hard time getting a realtor to work with me and I have several empty houses just within a mile radius of my house and don't really know what to do now.
Please Help me if you can.

do you have an account manager with the Academy? mine told me to call her anytime i have a problem. if you are not happy with what is happening with the Academy, i would call your account manager and talk to him/her. what about your coach? you may need everything step-by-step, which i prefer too. do you know how you learn best? my middle daughter was very smart but learned backwards. she didn't want her teachers to even acknowledge that she was in the class. i ran into her English teacher one day, who loved Danelle, but didn't know how to get through to her. when i told her, everything changed and it ended up being a good class for Danelle. hope this helps some. best wishes.

No I do not have an account manager or a coach. No one has told me about either of those. I have called many times but I am not informed about that. Laura the Honor is all mine! You are an amazing lady and play a large role in my success. I am so glad that you will be coming...I think my hug list is gonna take up most of the first day of the Edge with everybody I wanna hug and thank...LOL!

Perhaps you could post one of your wholesale contracts. Not an actual one but one that would be a good tool for others to look at so they know how one should look. At times people can get scared of failing but we all have that initial fear.

I've help many on here personally and I love helping people grow their bank accounts as well as mine. Your site is great! How did you get it? Let me know so I can get one too.

As I began my Edge presentation I got rather emotional. It was not that long ago that I thought I was going to be homeless with my children and there I was sharing with everyone how I went from rags to riches. Then there I was only 21 months in a beautiful resort in Arizona, on stage with Dean and facing 250 beautiful people who were at the Edge for one reason... To BE FREE!

The tears that I shed on stage were tears of joy at the reality of how much my life has been transformed. I will not tell you that it was easy or that it happened overnight. It took allot of perseverance, determination and yes, failures before I actually got the system working and began to make money.

I am now financially free but I will never forget where I came from. I want to help all of you get there. I want to help others gain freedom because I remember all to well what it felt like to lose hope and feel as though life had dealt me a bad hand. but in order to gain freedom you must first release yourself from negative thinking and a mindset of complacency. You must believe in yourself and then put everything that you have learned into action.

I hope that my presentation encouraged you to take action. If I can do it you can do it too!!!!

Now let's get busy

You were more than inspirational Carol, you were fantastic!! Being a guy its not easy to admit you had my eyes all watery.
I hope to be able to work with you once i lock up a deal soon. I know what you told me you get for bringing a buyer, but I will give you more than that because you dont know how much this will mean to me, well you do but you don't.
