Unrelated to any RE topic and maybe this is not appropriate. I just want everyone to pray for my husband, he has prostrate cancer and will begin his radiation therapy tomorrow. I know prayer is powerful when done in mass quantity!

Hello DG Family,
Thank you everyone for your support, thoughts, and prayers for my husband's issue with prostate cancer. He finally finished a full week of radiation and so far he is doing okay. He has experienced fatigue but other than that he is doing pretty good. He is up and about trying to go about his daily activities.

I am so glad you wrote and filled us in. I and my family will be happy to add you and your husband, and your family to our prayers. I too have been battling cancer...and it is scary..but have faith, we are all here behind you. You are not alone. Please keep us updated

your husband is in our prayers. I hope you aren't dismissing the suggestions of natural cures. I was taught that you don't leave your money, the raising your kids, or your health in the hands of someone else. I hate to say it but radiation is not a therapy, chemotherapy is not a therapy. In my opinion they do far more harm than good, i lost my father to the medical establishment when i was a teenager. I have done countless hours of research, i wish i knew then what i know now. Here are some places to start looking for yourself- Max Gerson, The Gerson treatment, Charlotte Gerson (his daughter), Kevin Trudeau's natural cures books (never mind what the media says), Dr Leonard Coldwell's the only answer to cancer book, Dr Mercola. Another good thing to look into is www.thetappingsolution.com (this is good to learn for whatever treatment he decides to take) I know that there is so much information on natural cures on the web that its hard to know which ones you can trust. These are the main ones i would use for my family, use it however you see fit. Good luck and God Bless!

Good luck to you and your husband. Just remember as you are taking care of his needs in this time, not to forget to take care of yourself as well. If you let yourself get to tired you will not be doing anyone, any good. It is easy to forget yourself and it is the little things like keeping hydrated and nurished for you as well as your husband. Today I renew my decision to walk by faith not by sight. and to look to things God has promised not to the things Iam experiencing. Even though God gives me small glances of His glory, at times I stare at the stark reality of my circumstances, they dont look good! but even though they dont look good I will believe Gods report that He has much good in mind and He will turn this thing into something good. I choose to believe Him because He is trustworthy, good & faithful and He is a God that does not lie. Im truly amazed at the love He still gives out even when we are so unworthy! King David said to taste and see that the Lord is good. I have tasted and David is right, He is Good!!! Do you ever see Gods goodness and mercies that He so generously bestows on us? I hope you do and I hope you draw closer to Him because that is His desire for you. How can we resist someone who delights in us and seeks to have a relationship with us. When you think about it He is kinda irresistible! Come taste and see that the Lord is good!!!

Sheila, you and your husband and your families are in our prayers. My wife and I are prayer warriors. Put your trust in Christ and not in man. He will give you the answers and direct you but we have to ask in prayer and listen and take action. My best friend healed himself from prostate and colon cancer almost 10 years ago and he did it by eliminating the toxins we place in our body on a daily and even hourly basis that destroy health. Eat an organic plant based diet, with fresh vegetable juices to nourish the body properly and eliminate toxins. haacres.com is a great resource as mentioned above.
