just getting back into REI after doing nothing for a few years.While you
need to talk to someone about what is or is not legal in CA.,remember what
you can do a Realtor may not be able to. You only have to use CAR forms if
you use a Realtor/Agent,as far as I know if a seller agrees to the assign-
ment and understands what it is, you can do it.I will check this out asap
to see if this is a new law change.

Meet with a new broker, Kellar Williams, he has a listing a perfect rehab property, 3/2,corner lot 1132 sf. this is a REO. Has a accepted offer that expires today. Hasn't herd from the person that made the offer and asked me if I had someone , buyers list,which I do. The property is priced right to make a ton of money on. My question is, how could I make a fee on this deal. Success

To answer your Question about the Success Academy. You have to be extremely motivated. Spending the money will help in that, and you will get it back if you can do your 5 deals in 1 year. At least that is how it was when I signed up.
