I got my videos and have watched a couple of them. They are awesome. So much information to process. It is 1 a.m., and if I could keep my eyes open I would watch the next one..lol I will get my Goal List done and start on the buyers list strategies on Monday. I havent done much with the sfl system yet as I understand there are some issues with it. I am confident that Dean will take these issues into account and give us some extra days to make a decision. I am so happy to hear you are enjoying the EDGE 10. I haven't received mine yet, but I am excited to see them. I was at the event this year and it was AMAZING. So much great information I can't wait to refresh my mind.

I am sure you will be very pleased with the SFL system. Very powerful tool. I think a lot of the issues are just people figuring out how to use the system. That's why we have this forum, we can help each other understand and use the system better no matter what level we are at.

via my core web site that I set up through SFL! I had not even listed my website with any search engines or anywhere for that matter. I am thinking that because of the ad I am running in a local newspaper, someone saw my company name and decided to try to use it as a web address. Awesome, eh!

Anyway, the point was to share something I learned through this. When the email comes in it will say that it is a seller lead in the subject heading, but because the lead came from my core site and not a squeeze page, it does not give property info. And, the email address of the sender reflected the ohiolakes template I used, not my email address, So..... make sure you check and double check everywhere that your email address is entered into the template when you create your page.

And, what I am going to do to make sure that the leads are more qualified is list my squeeze page web site in my ad as opposed to my core website's address.

....Great to see others are jumping into the SFL system. I am going to be jumping in shortly and look forward to posts on this forum for sharing ideas. In the SFL system under BUYER I clicked on the Matching tab for My Properties and then Community Properties and got a big list of people and companies...but no way to contact them!

Does anyone know how to contact this list? I have a cash buyer looking for a condo in Atlanta, GA and I need to place him with some sellers! I've linked my buyer into SFL and I'm not looking very smart to him right now. Luckily he's a good friend! Help.

Am I able to acsess everything for sfl on this web site? Or am I waiting for a kit in the mail? Trying not to sound too stupid here so be gentile please....

You do not need to wait for anything to come in the mail to start using SFL. What is coming to you in the mail is the Edge 10 DVD's and such. If you can log onto the SFL site, you are good to go with the system.

I'd check out the Classroom link at the top of the page once you have logged in, it has a ton of information as to how to start using the system.

thanks for solving one issue, now how about another?...when i bring up the SFL homepage i can`t see the entire page because i don`t have any scroll bars..i can look at some of it , but i can`t set up my website because of it either..i also have this problem when someone sends me an excel spreadsheet...any advice/

I too could click on cash buyers in the two most popular counties in the state of New Hampshire, but no cash buyers came up....there has to be somebody...I should be on the list for one..

I am missing something....How do I log into the SFL system....I just get the order page that tells me it is sold out. I ordered mine the first night...and was welcomed in, but I cannot access it....someone help!

Do you have the e-mail with your pass word in it. The same e-mail should have the log in site on it also. https://app.sflautomation.com

I think this will work for you.

Go to:

https://app.sflautomation.com/userLogon.aspx

This is the log in page.

Enter your User ID (Your E Mail Address)

Then click the "Forgot your password" button.

You will receive an email with your password almost instantly.

You should then be able to log in no problem.

Is there a glossary available that defines terms such as Prospect, Lead, Deal, lead generation squeeze site, core site, Power Linking, Lead Pipes, Power Matching, SellPoint, etc. as used by Realeflow/SFL?

I believe that Dean mentioned in an early webinar that we would get two core sites, but Josh Tobias mentioned in his training webinar that we would be set up with two squeeze pages. In any event, my account seems to be set up to include one squeeze page. At this point I don't understand the difference between core sites and squeeze pages, but I'm curious what everyone else's account has.

You will find an SFL FAQ located within the 'SFL' tab in your account. Click on information and you will see 'Smart Automation FAQ'. This will provide you with a brief overview of commonly asked questions and answers as well as provide you with understanding the terms we are using in relation to this system. Hi All,

Just wanted to let you know to make sure after you have your websites and/or Squeeze pages set up to create autoresponder documents and link them in. The ones that default with the templates are not necessarily the best. Some are redundant and some don't make any sense at all and at least one I found had nothing to do with it's title. ( I think it was supposed to be how to sell your home first and in actuality was a document about finding properties for investors.)

It took me a couple of hours this morning but I put together an initial document to go out in response to my seller squeeze page. Now, I guess I just have to come up with about 10 more as in their example they had them going out every 3 days.

FYI, the icon you click to see and edit which documents are set up to go out automatically is the last one on the right.

If anyone wants the document I am sending out, send me a PM and I'll be glad to share.
