I've done all the above-I've had good and bad tenants. Some tenants I had for 6-8 yrs and they were great,others...well lets just say the positive cash flow didnt flow.
So, now, I 've just stuck with fix/flips and assignments locally.
I buy/hold Oceanfront rental condos in VA and NC-rented by the week, management co involved and theyre cash cows! I actually get paid to buy them
END GOAL is to own 100-200 apt complex

thats great I'm almost ready to get things goin realy good.I've got my realtor
who is sending me lots of leads,tomarrow & monday I'm going to real estate auctions to meet some investors.I got my google voice #,printed up flyers to find sellers in my area.I cant wait for the day that I get to write on here about my 1st deal.I wished I would have gotten started sooner I guess my why wasent big enough.
