OfflineFirst and foremost I have to think the success acamady and my on site mentor Matt and my great coach Drew and Dean for putting all this together. And I must say all the coaches at the success acamady are great. I joined the sucess acamady in OCT of 08 and did not close my first deal till June the 21 of 09. When I look back I really wonder if fear didn't play a big part, But thinks to the success acamady holding me accountable look what has got accomplished in 10 months, It did take a lot of work to find what would work in my area' But it has payed off. I do own 17 homes to date and the most amazing thing about this i had bad credit, no job and just filed bankruptcy. So just to keep a long story short if i can do this with my back against the wall the way mine was anybody can succeed, Just take action. I still use the success acamady today, I just spent a hour on the phone with them yesterday. Looking forward to meeting everyone at the EDGE. THANKS again Dean for you and your loyal staff.

I like what you said. When you realize fear is a part of what is holding you back 45% of the battle is done, And when you move forward and take action another 45% of the battle is Concorde. I still have to wait two more days to see where I stand on what I have made and what my positive cash flow is down to the penny. I am actually getting me a finical statement done by a professional. Sure will be glad when they are done. I am still trying to get 30 deals done my the EDGE event. Congrats on your success! Your testimony is very inspiring. I started researching properties through the the great probate site we have. The video Dean sent on REO's was also, great. After reading about the various ways to get involved in R.E I have finally decided that I would like to start off with lease purchase options. I would like to know though what is the best way to approach a seller to see if they would be interested in doing this kind of deal. I've been reading articles and books but I haven't found alot of detail about lease options.

I am not a big reading kind of person. but, I read one chapter every day walking with my daughter on her carriage. I will place the book on top of it and walk. I was getting exercise witch I am not a fun of it, I was spending with her and I was gaining knowledge at the same time. Then I will put in to practice what I just study. Yes and no, I did spend 2o K for the success academy and on site mentor, This is the reason my wife was upset. It left us with nothing to work with or live on. so i had no money when I started investing.

I am not really sure what you are asking. You have everything thing in place. Go back and read Deans book and focus on what strategy you want to put in place. If you are a member of the success academy give them a call. It seems like you have all your tools into place, Now you need to put them to work, And please don't let fear stop are slow you down.
