find good deals and put your listing on Craigslist, signs, and newspaper. If you have a good deal you will sell it and of it you will start building your buyers list. A list without deals is useless. Don't make this that complicated.

It's always good to have more than 1 avenue to follow. I too signed up and became a member of ****s.com. It doesn't mean we have to use that all the time but why not have it under your belt. You say "failure is not an option" which I agree with and this gives you 1 more way to insure that.

If any one has actually connected with and done a deal (closed and made money)that came from **** please post the details. I.E. I posted my property and had multiple responses or I posted a property and heard nothing.

At this time, **** is offering free service for limited use. **** will soon be implementing an unlimited use feature for paying members at $30/month. Memberships can be canceled at any time after the first 3 months of the unlimited use paid membership without any penalties. If cancelation occurs before 3 months of paid membership, member will be charged for the first 3 months (90$). Anytime after this 3 month period, members will have the right to cancel with 30 days notice.
Seems it's not free anymore since they only let you contact 2 people a day I think it is.

yea im already a member, its a great site could be better though..
i beleive real estate will help me become successful, ill never give up.
