30 second elevator speech. My wife is a Architect, Interior Designer and Space planner. I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker & Property manager. We collectively have a 10 man construction crew in Connecticut. We buy fix & flip starter homes as well as purchase apartment buildings for long term.
In the past 1.5 years we have acquired 21 rental units and flipped 10 houses. I have also started wholesaling deals. We are unable to work on everything that comes to us. We also have 2 partners that have put up 1,000,000 of liquid capital and created a network of Attorneys,mortgage brokers and local banks in our dream team. My next area of interest will be wholesaling apartment buildings.Its a lot of work but we are having a great time.

I just wanted to stop by yoru guest page and wish you luck with real estate investing. REOs can be profitable and fun especially if you can find small local community banks in your area. Always rememebr that a bank's motivation can change on a daily basis. Good luck with REOs and on all yoru future deals. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe
