About Me:

I am in my late 50's and plan to hang up my hat as a public transportation operator in about 2&1/2 years. I have not transacted any real estate deals on my own to date. I have watched the infomercials several times and was very interested in the buyer - seller matching program. I look forward to sharing my 1st success story with the group. My goal is to have at least 1 income property to keep; a cash flow of $1,500 to $3,000 monthly.
