I may want to do some business together, as soon as I figure out what it is I want to pursue. At first, I will probably try to do some flipping in the Omaha area. I'll admit though, that I am also curious about areas like Florida, Arizona, and Las Vegas, NV. Those areas look like they have more motivated sellers. They also have much nicer weather. It has been a long winter here.
