Starting first deal
June 8th, 2011 | posted by jonathanANDtraceyWe are just starting out as real estate investors. We have a agent and a broker. We also have a recorded message set up. We started to make a website but are having some difficulties. Our broker said he'd make it for us for free if he could sponsor his company in the footer. Is that a good idea? I don't want people to go straight to him and cut us out of the deals. We have some buyer's on our list but we are a little stuck on what is the next best step. Do we get them approved for a loan first if needed? Or do we find them a house first? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jonathan and Tracey

5 Reasons Why You Should Use Blogging as an Internet Marketing Tool
February 26th, 2011 | posted by Elena MHere are 5 reasons why you should use blogging as an Internet marketing tool.
1.Blogging is simple. The simplest way to get your piece on the net is through blogging. No skills are necessary… an average adult can read and type, or at least click a mouse. It’s like having a virtual piece of paper and you just write your ideas, experiences, new products, and hope that the truth behind your articles comes out and entice your reader to also try your product. If you have a PC and an Internet connection (who doesn’t?) then you can blog and advertise.
Merry Christmas and a Bright New Year!
December 31st, 2010 | posted by Elena MAs another holiday approaches….. I find myself overwhelmed by a mixture of emotions….. One moment I’m reminiscent about the excitement of Christmas past’s and the magical moments we shared as siblings. The next I’m saddened by the loss of loved ones over the years, wishing they were still here with us. The closing of the year behind me leaves me in anticipation of the year ahead.
The girls are all grown now, living their own lives. The decorations are out but they are just sitting on the coffee table waiting for me. It’s not the same without anyone here to enjoy them with. I used to love decorating, taking the girls outside and watching their faces light up with each decoration. That’s what the holidays are about, family and friends!

Anyway, I think the following document is important for everyone to read, and I've included links that have been posted about it since it was announced on Friday. it is SOOO important to our buying/selling of properties this year. FHA lifts 90-day seasoning rule, JUST signed and announced on Friday.
