We Realtors are to abide by a code of ethics... and actions like this do not comply!

Sorry this happened to you - a few bad apples give the rest of us a bad name.

tell me how to form a buyers and sellers list
and all of the questions i need to be asking them.

I suggest that you file a complaint against that realtor - if he violated the code of ethics.

Otherwise, as long as you have the properties under CONTRACT, no one can steal them from under you!

The way I see it. You have a really motivated realtor sitting right in front of you. Thats a hard quality to find in a person. I would ask that realtor to start working wit you not against you. That realtionship could turn out to be a multi-million dollar venture for the both of you.

I am a Sacramento, Ca realtor and I am ashamed at what I have seen realtors do and get away with....you can file with the board and with their broker, which I recommend BUT they do next to nothing and very few people look at the complaints that realtors have against them.

I suggest finding a realtor in Dean's group (they know what your working toward) OR go to a real estate seminar similar to Dean Program, there are usually a million realtors there.

When you find a good one treat them like Gold. They will work for you and earn every penny.
