This week Dean has a unique message to share with us all.
His inspiration for the message didn't come from one of Dean's well known, wise friends.
Not from his involvement in the high dollar mastermind groups he takes part in to stay sharp.
Nope, this week the inspiration comes from a two year old.
It's good too!
Great message
I know that if I keep going forward, I will get to where I'm going. I'm taking the long way around approach, but I know it will work for me. I still find myself falling down every once in a while because of the extreamly negative environment that I live and work in. I know that as long as I'm doing something on my "yellow pad", I'm moving in the right direction.
Thanks Dean for all of the knowledge and encouragement you give. Best wishes to you and your family.

Why do we fall down?
I think we fall down because we had the courage to get up in the first place. You can't fall off a bike if you never get on one. I also believe that each time we fall down it gives us more courage, and more confidence, because now we know what not to do, and how to land when we do fall. Each time we get back up we make it a little further because we become more comfortable with it , more oriented to it, and the next thing you know....Wala, we're riding a bike, or skate board, or surf board, or we're a real estate investor.
By the way, your little boy is as cute as bug, even cuter, and I'm not just saying that. I know cute when I see it, and he is CUTE!

I believe in what you are saying
I've lost on two deals but I refuse to give up and I do learn from my mistakes and try and improve my short falls. Great blog and I can relate.thanks for all the DG'ers and the success academy to help me reach that first deal.
Thank You Dean
Your words of inspiration mean alot to those of us just beginning our real estate investing careers. Overcoming the fear of failure will lead to success because we will be free to take advantage of new opportunities and reach our potential. I am very excited to move forward toward my goals. Taking action is the best way to reduce fear because we prove to ourselves we can succeed. Your son is adorable!
Why do we fall down??? Well
Why do we fall down??? Well sometime in order for you to learn certain lesson it takes falling down! and one thing thats so amazing is the lessons you learn from falling down, it is so precious b/c can nobody teach that to you, it takes you going though those dark moments.Sometimes in life in order for you to come out good and be what God's wanting you to be, it takes you going to the lowest and from there going upwards to the highest. Falling just propel you to persevere!
Gotta get it done
Seems like you know where I am standing but can I work without a car and how?
I really want to get back on the bike !!
We can learn a lot from children ! Ever since I went to the Dean Graziosi Seminar in Redding Ca. I have exhausted all efforts in trying to find the funds to purchase your course.. I receive $876.00 a month from Social Security to live on! Not much wiggle room.I believe in you and the course you offer. I will continue to seek a way to purchase your course as I know my life will be much more enjoyable and satisfying. Thank You for sharing.

Thanks for the Inspiration!
Thanks Dean and little Brody! This message could not have come at a better time. I think I'm in the midst of a learning curve since I'm doing two deals and facing a few obstacles right near the closing. I feel like this is just a way to gain the knowledge needed for future transactions.

Brody's Bike
When we were young, we had the same fear of falling as we still have today. However, we were so determined to succeed and not allow anything to prevent us from our goal, that we simply dusted ourselves off, tighted our belt and got on again and again until...finally...we had the wind in our hair and a whole new world was opened to us. How simple your message and how true it rings. Sure it's tough in today's economy but, it seems as tho we..your students..are the one's who are determined to get up again and again and dust ourselves off, knowing there is a whole new world opening up to us in Real Estate.
Great Message
Thanks Dean, As always a great message. you got me to think after I heard this message and I called my Realtor and submitted an offer on a great property I was over thinking,
Thanks Dean

Cute, cute kiddo. That's the thing about kids, they're 'fearless'. Too bad we lose that treat when we become adults!!
This is one of your best!

As always, your pep talks are worth watching each week!

Dean's official private pre-auction sale event. Help needed.
Greetings,
I was wondering, those of you who are familiar with this type of event... could you possibly give some input as to what I need to expect from it. In particular, I'm interested to know if I should be prepared to buy a certain property (to my liking) upfront? Would I need to be able pay for it in full? What are some of the options I could exercise if I elect to "stretch out" the purchase over the course of some time frame?
Thanks in advance.
Great Message
Thanks Dean
I hear you loud and clear
just what I needed!

What a great blog! It is so true. Even if a child would cry because they got hurt by falling off most of them would still get back on and keep going!

VERY MUCH NEEDED
Thanks for that message Dean! I'm sure there are others of us that have tried many different things to try and be successful before we found you. WE fell down and got back up then, so keep pressing forward, getting back up until that deal or deals come together!
Brody is just...
too cute!!! And the lesson was taken to heart. Thanks Dean.
Answer to the question of Why do we fall down?
We, as real estate investors, fall down because like your son Brody, we are learning to do something that we have never done before. Because it is new to us, we are as inexperienced and unsure as Brody. At least that is the way I feel. But if I keep trying, I will get better at it, just like You and Matt.
Great Point
Great Point Dean,
Failure is a taught experience. When we are toddlers, we know only one thing and that is to learn. We learn by trying and trying again and again until we get it right.
That has to be my focus now and our focus as adults if we are to win and be successful.
Ty
Learning curve
The reason why we fall down is we are imperfect. That's why training, knowledge, education, and experience are so powerfall since all these things can help reduce the falls. However, falling down is also a learning experience and we shouldn't be afraid to fall sometimes. We should try to gain as much info and education as possible before falling. But no matter how prepared we might be, you're still gonna fall and have to something new the hard way. It's a fact of life!
Why we fall!
I only fall, when I am tying something new. Something I have not tried that way before. It is a reminder that when I stretch my comfort zone I will experience small failures (falls). Falls are a sign of growth. Without growth our lives become very safe, but not very interesting.
We all need to stretch, fall and grow. We need to develop an attitude of "Persist 'til we succeed". Thanks Dean for all your support and encouragement
Thanks, Dean
I needed that.
It's been tough getting back up recently but I still do, and I still will. Your blogs help.
Thanks again,
Mike

Wisdom From Even Children
I just started back yesterday after refocusing on my real estate strategies, trying get my first deal. after looking at your video with your little 2 year old, It gave more encouragement. Having a child like attitude with spirit of try, try and try again until something changes is the way to go. Like Thomas Edison tried making the light bulb work, I believe about a couple thousand attempts. He had the child like spirit of not quitting like your wonderful son in efforts to ride his bike. Thank you.
Great Point-
Eventually I will get this done! I just keep trying so I know it has to go through soon. Thanks Brody and Dean, always appreciate it!
If there is anyone in the Virginia Beach area that would be my mentor I really need one! Help!
