Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #119 - Success Lessons from… A Toddler?

Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog This week Dean has a unique message to share with us all.

His inspiration for the message didn't come from one of Dean's well known, wise friends.

Not from his involvement in the high dollar mastermind groups he takes part in to stay sharp.

Nope, this week the inspiration comes from a two year old.

It's good too!

Thanks for the reminder

Thank you

Thanks Dean

I needed that message, I was a little depressed last night, I've had a lot of closed doors, but I'll keep looking for the open one. Sometimes if we just can stop and think like kids I think we would do great. You have a beautiful son.

Dean

Another great blog,Thank's Dean for your support and wisdom.

Lessons from a Toddler

Hi Dean:
I've actually been reading your books and enjoying the material for quite some time. Like your toddler, theres many times I have fallen down and got right back up. The only difference is that I need the correct knowledge to keep me up. I attended the seminar in Beverly Hills in February with an associate of mine, and through the much inspiration we received. we're ready to "pull the trigger". My next move in this vast array of information is where to start. This I am searching for and know I will get that direction from you. I've always believed that people are put into people's life for a reason. I believe you were put in our life for direction for success. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for you wisdom and your positive outlook, as it means so much, especially during these times. Lets "Get er done!"
Sincerely,
Brad

The passion and perseverance of little ones!

Thanks for the reminder of the passion and perserverance of little ones and how quickly we forget as we "grow up". I'm always amazed how my kids have no fear when it comes to trying something new and their success. We as adults have too quickly learned fear of failure. So, from this moment forward I am going to dive in and make the "imposssible" possible!!

Thanks.

p.s. I'm going to call the success academy so I can take my training wheels off!

Lori

i just listened to your

i just listened to your video and it really hit home, i havenot done a deal yet for the same reason but it mademe see i must get back on the bike, and not give up, Brody is adorable. i loveyour blogs always giving a lot of encourgement. thanks so much

Winning Additude

Brody has the attitude of a winner! I learned a saying many years ago from a very wealthy man I met, and I have heard it many times since, applied to many different things,so simple but very true!!

"Winners never Quit and Quiters never Win"

I was told to write this down, put it somewhere in my bedroom,in plain site, and read it every night before laying down to sleep, and every morning as soon as I wake. I did this and it has changed my life in so many ways. I truly hope others reading this will try it, for just 30 days and see if it helps you too..What have you got to lose??

Inspiration from a child

shinton's picture

You wanted to know why we fall down? I fall down because I don't stay focused and I let life get in the way....even though I know better- it's like it just happens and another week has passed by. Like Brody, I keep getting back up, but I need to stay focused and take action. I never give up, but it's time to give it that extra push. I think some of us are afraid of 'falling off the bike again' so we drag our feet to take action. Wow, what we can learn from kids. Thanks for the inspiration. I'll keep that in mind this week and will aim for that first deal. You always know what we need.

Thanks for not giving up on us,
Shirley

Thanks, Brody.

it's always good to remember to look at life thru the youngest eyes. peace,

Thank you for the reminder to try/start again!

I do remember those days that I failed and it didn't bother me, I just tried again and soon learned how to do it and gained the experience.
Thank you Dean for the reminder.

Sometimes you have to fall to retool !

This is a great message because if we are not willing to retool our lives nothing will change. One of our greatest assets is our ability to change and show others. For our business to grow we must adapt. Our business is a reflection of ourselves. As your son, our ability to ride on top is to adapt from walking to riding. Riding will get you much father with a lot less effort. Great message!

Falling down !

Hey Dean,

I'm 74 years young and over the years I have fallen many times. Each time I learned something
about why I fell each time and picked myself up
and started again.

I can tell you have a great love for your family
and that I'm sure is one of your inspirations.
Keep up the great work you do, we all appreciate it very much.

Much love from all of us (Your extended family)

Thanks

This blog reminds me of what I used to say to my youngest child when he would get frustated with learning something new. He'd say he couldn't learn to do that new thing because it was too hard. I'd say "Remember when you were younger and you couldn't tie your shoes, now you can tie them without really thinking about it because you kept trying." Thanks so much for the reminder to just keep trying.

Thanks

This is a Great message! It is Simple , true and to the point.
I have to keep working on making it in Real Estate.

Training Well

Dean, you are training well and your son is so "adorable." It is true our children and/or others need to be reminded that there are times in our life when we may fall down/fall short of our expectations or desires that we should never give up, but get up. We may feel bruised and battered, but we should find strength to hold on and keep trying if we want to succeed. We should "FEAR NOT" and believe that we can find a way out of no way to make it happen.

Thanks for the inspiration

Child's Mentality

None of us realized how good we had it when we were young and didn't know what "Fear" was. As usual Dean, you hit the nail on the head. The message is simple, but powerful. I will keep trying.

Dean Thanks for the

Dean Thanks for the insperation, and yes if you fall down get back up and try again.Since reading both books Profit from real estate and Become a real estate millionaire I have since set up a web site , spoke to quite a few realtors (trying to find the right fit) also have seen a few listings. But my point is here I have failed a few times this far but still have not given up. If things were to easy everyone would be doing it.The payback is worth the time you invest$$$$$

Good job dean

Your son is very cute. That was a excellent point,if we fall off, get back up and keep going. Thanks for the great blog. Carol

Why do we fall down ..?

Dawn Lundberg's picture

I believe, without falling down on occasion .... not that we should make a habit of it .. but, falling and feeling what is down there .. gives us a great perspective .... and I believe perspective is an invaluable sense .... not so valuable in this case ... if we don't... eventually ... Get back Up .. ! So, why do we fall down..? So we can get back up .. !

A great reminder!

Just to see a 2 year old sit that long, you must have a great relationship. Now we know who REALLY runs the house. Thanks for the inspiration.

Don't give up

Thanks Dean for the message of not giving up when we fail. I watched your infomercial yesterday, and you said that you had failed so many times, but you never quit trying. Will you be coming to Chicago this week? I received a postcard about your event in Joliet, IL on March 11th

why do we fall?

why do we fall?,one reason is,we are not

experienced enough to do what we are doing.when we

fall we must get back up and get back in the race,

dont give up , thats life, thats how we win.

thanks dean,AWESOME! see you from the top.

Thanks Dean

For the many reminders that we can do this and the many ways you have given us to succeed. I feel like I am that kid learning to ride again and I had an insane amount of pain from bicycle wrecks. But thankfully I don't believe my REI journey will not be nearly as painful as that because of all of the tools you give us here to help us along the way. I am sure the road bumps will come and will not always feel good but I am convinced that I will make it through all of them with the help you and your team bring to all of us here.Truly grateful for all. Jim & Tawnya

Blog of the week

hey if Brody can get back up and try again. then the many little disappointments that I encounter can NOT stop me either from achieving my goals..Thanks for the reminder Dean to keep on keeping on

Inspirational

Everyone needs to be reminded from time to time about the most important things in life and why they motivate themselves. Help keep us grounded. Thanks Dean.

Point Well Taken

ColoradoKid's picture

As usual, another great point for us to digest and think about as we develop our winning mindset. Thanks Dean!

Why do we fall down? It’s a requirement of the learning process. If we never fall down, we would never know what not to do. There’s always a right and wrong way to do every activity but being successful at the activity requires you to know both.

To ride a bike, there may be 10 things you need to know on what to do, and 10 things you need to know on what not to do. If you fall down, awesome, you just found one of those 10 things you need to know on what not to do and can check that one off your list.

Thanks much - Pete.
