Thank you, thank you, thank you. You've just posted something so strong, it's unbelievable!! This is the basic info everyone needs. You preach it, but not most of us get it. And you did it, as one of my fellow DGer's posted above, in the most "concise" manner, and in "today's" information terms.

Thank you again, and I look forward to next week's concise bits of most welcomed info.

You hit the nail on the head

Now this is exactly the kind of training I enjoy watching and receptive to. Give me the meat and potatoes on investing. What to look for, how to look for it, what to offer, and what paperwork to use to lock it up. Thanks Dean, great video!

Knowledge Is Power!

Hi Dean

Good blog! it dose help me, I jot down everything you say on paper, then go back an recap. Listen you don't have to come up with a new blog everyday in my case, I go back again and again to try and take in what you have said. But its good to learn something new when ever you make it available to us. The obstacle that I'm facing right now is fear, I do know that fear is an accomplishment of my own doing, so I keep working at it until it subsides. I'll keep reading and learning. Thank you Dean...

good lesson

Now We're Talkin My Man!

Hey Dean,

These are the KIND vlogs! Still need the shot in the arm vlogs during the week BUT, If you can throw in a " dry erace board formula " vlog just once a week that would be KILLER. Not that the books are vague but sometimes watching you explain it is so much clearer and so much quicker for some of us "slower folk". Plus! there would never be a week of wondering what to talk about next week! Hell, we'll tell you what to talk about next week, which formula needs clarity or a subject that's not touched on in the books or a new approach to an old formula that works even better now (thanks Matt). Here's an example Dean... How do you go about pricing what the rehab should cost and how do you make that determination from state to state, in order to maintain a budget. Do you just open a Home Depot account and just do business with them from state to state because you know what they have and what it costs??? I've GOT to know what the cost will be before jumping in. Grant it I'm not refferring to EXACT numbers but better than ballpark has got to be possible, I've seen people pull that off. How do you do it Dean?, is there a formula that you use?? These kinds of issues are perfect for a once a week vlog. Wow! I'm off the page, Sorry! Anyhow Great VLOG! See Ya!
Manny

This valuable information and what Rina wrote is so important to making it all work out after that right property that will do it for you. Sounds like sweat with the reward in the end. I'm hoping to get them at a lower price.
