I would prefer to wholesale and fix them one day a time.

RIght now I am working on the wholesaling technique. I am very interested in the others. Right now I am working with an agent that is willing to give this 25:1 ratio a try. Made some low offeres, but no bites yet. I am pressing on! THis is my first interested technique of assigning the contract to the list of my buyers. Eventually, after a few funds saved from my profits, on to R.E.O.'s! Thanks Dean, I am still learning though and my fear is not as bad as it was when I started, getting braver every time! I am real proud of myself of doing something I never did before, well, something the whole family tree never did before, I think I'm the first out of the whole family tree. Thanks Dean!

Interested in wholesaling. Give us step-by-step. Do not leave anything out that we have to purchase another video or book. So sick of all the RICH gurus out there that say that they are interested in helping the less fortunate and then they turn around and ask you to buy more products. So Dean give it to us, since you are the only one so many of us really feel can help others and trust that he is behind us 100%

At this point and time in my business Wholesaling would be the ticket for me.

I have always been most interested in the idea of wholesaling. Being busy with a full time job takes time away from being able to rehab or hold houses for long periods of time. Being only 26 years old, my credit isn't quite set up yet either, so wholesaling is the easiest for me.

Hi Dean, I'm very excited about doing both the wholesale deals and also tax liens/deeds. I think though that I would like to start with tax liens.

I am interested in all three concepts. As a newbie, I'm currently most interested in wholesaling.

It seems like the easiest to get started and gain experience, generate some quick cash and start building for the other two concepts.

At this time I am focusing on buy, fix, and sell as my primary strategy. Leasing and cash flowing are a close second...

I would like to start with wholesaling to buid up my bank account till I have enough money to start buy my own real estates to fix up and sale.

I belive that I would be most successful, right now, going with the wholesaling part when it comes to buying real estate.

As you have said so well, I have no money but I can find great deals and turn them over to others who are better off to make bigger profits from the properties.

I would like the the option to buy really low and turn around and to be able to rent it out until the market urns, then sell.

Thanks for the interest in our needs. I am still working toward completing my first deal. The bills are stacking up and I need to develop better strategies for finding properties and getting them to investors. I would ultimately like to get into buy and hold for real wealth but currently need to demonstrate success with wholesaling.

At this point, they're just so cheap! I buy REO's and short sales and hold 'em. Matt taught me to look for the ones that need LITTLE work and are cheap! So now I buy, hold and rent. Thanks to you Dean....it's now 5 rentals and growing. YEEHAH!

I am training with Nathan Street (one of your real estate coaches with PMI Real Estate Education) to begin with wholesaling properties to develop enough cash to flip for bigger money.

We would prefer to buy apartment complexes at wholesale, rehab them to make them into a place we could "call home" and then lease them to qualified individuals until the value of the income property has increased in value selling them at that point in time for a considerable profit.

Deep inside, we fill the need to do the same—buy at wholesale and rehab apartment/condos but then, actually rent to own the properties similar to condos so that the less fortunate can at some point in the future continue on to own their own property.

Its gotta be wholesaleing right now Dean, I like the fix and hold as well right now but Im not there yet, so wholesaleing is what Im shooting for. thanks for the blog

My number one desire will be to do a quick buy and sell, same day closing (back to back) for quick cash.
Number two: is to get owner financing, and then rent it out for cash flow. Also buy and hold.

Number three: is buying so cheap, renovate and retail it to consumer.
