Another fantastic video blog!!! Yes, it's in helping people we actually get helped. It's a shame that such a great country like America had to experience a drop in its credit rating. However, life must go on. I understand that it was not a fair rating drop, as certain things were not taken into consideration, and a mistake was made. However, the gold market had gone down recently, and it would really be great if they would join you in real estate. You were always encouraging us to do something. I sent a money order for books, and I talked to a real estate guy. We need to have further discussion and talks about the DG family, etc.. I will wait till I receive your "Gain the Edge" package and the other books before talking further with him. I intend to do much more in future! At least I finally took the first step and it felt good!

As usual Dean....Ya never cease to amaze me! A lot of good insights definitely came from this blog and I love it. I agree that this will benefit not just the newbies of the DG Family, but also the long time followers as well...like me! But the most enjoyable part of this Dean, the part that I loved seeing the most, was basically you telling everyone that didn't get involved with the Rock Bottom Blueprint....to "NOT GIVE UP" and to still believe that Real Estate "IS" for you. No matter whether its through your awesome books, your awesome Success Academy, or even the awesome family here on DG.com....all of it in any way, is still very possible and every one of us CAN and WILL have our first deals done and move onto more, including ME. Just like the awesome one, Joe always says at the end of his comments "Believe and Achieve", and just like I mentioned recently on my Facebook....its all about believing and achieving through the good, the bad and the ugly! So thanks again for another awesome video blog, especially one that has not only motivated me to stay in the game, but also that has given me life inside of myself to realize that...I CAN DO THIS!!!! Take care Dean and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Thank-you for all you do. I'm working my way thru the RBBP and loving it. I keep going back to my goals that I wrote the first day into it...they're in mind non-stop as to why I'm doing this.

7-levels deep and I wonder why 7...representative of completion?? - when I achieve my why, my life too will be complete.

I love listening to your encouraging blogs! We have a duplex under contract, but haven't been able to move it. So hard to believe when it is on the intracoastal and has $20,000 net annually - also about $100,000 built in equity. Our investor community is buying at 50,000 - 60,000 for the same return. Will be changing my strategy.

I did get a little discouraged when for some unknow reason, I was unable to watch all of the rock bottom blue print videos.I spent hours trying. I am not giving up! Thanks for the blog , they keep me motivated.

Hi Dean, wow that was close, I stopped participating in the rock bottom blueprint because I thought that I could take a day off to relax, well one day turned into 2 then 3, then I started to feel as if I had given up again so I listened to your blog and got motivated again, close call almost gave up. Thanks for the motivation, Carlos.

Dean thank you for this mornings blog I need to be inspired and you have the gift that inspires me to want to stretch to another way of living.

I was unable to get the rock bottom blue print, but I have a lot of info from my current program-academy. I do notice deals everyday, but I need to be able to finance or workout the deal. Though it's frustrating, but I know it will work out well with the building of the business credit I'm currently involved in.

I need a kick in the butt to get motivated. You made it possible to get the Edge 2011 stuty course so there is no reason to take action now and get deals done. I have to make this work my husband is about to lose his job wich is very scary.

Thanks Dean. The last couple weeks have been great for us/me and I'm sure Nuts for you and your family! I just entered into a Partnership with another Investor. He is not part of the DG family but he will be for sure! He's been doing it for years, but has been amazed at my knowledge, albeit I haven't done a deal. But, now he's checking out DG, etc., and he's coming on board, initially he's buying your book! He's had dealings over the last couple of years with other DG Family members and he's always been impressed on how Thorough they are. Amazing feedback.

Doesn't matter which economy is gonna turn, because we are in the business of helping other people and when you give an excellent service, you won't have any problems to thrive and prosper any time, anywhere.

There should be a word that describes 'thanks' because how can such a small word show our appreciation?I don't know if you are aware of how thankful we really are for what you do for us,but we are truly grateful.When we can't afford something you offer, you continue to work out deals so we can. If we still can't, you're encouragement keeps us pumped and you help us to hang on and keep working toward our goals. So this is not just thanks,it is THANKS. My vision and goals WILL become a reality before years end. How do I know? Because you have helped me believe in myself.

Dean, Thanks for the reminder to keep pushing. Seems like when you are determined to do something that life gets even busier and its easy to start to lose your motivation. My wall is calling on people, like RE agents and not wanting to sound like a dummy. I did finally call some offices and did not find my partner yet, but I will be back on the boat in the morning. It is late now, but I am going to put some ghost ads on C.L. tonight. I have post it notes on my laptop, so I have put all the scripts on my screen so I can just read them off. Sometimes the conversation doesnt go as planned, but I can at least sound somewhat knowledgable. I WILL BECOME A SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE INVESTOR!!!

U.S. home sales fell in July for the third time in four months, the National Association of Realtors said. Sales dropped 3.5 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.67 million homes. That's far below the 6 million homes that economists say must be sold to sustain a healthy housing market.

Hi Dean: We certainly are not in ordinary time right now. You mentioned that investors will be liquidating their positions in the stock market and Gold. I agree with you about investors getting their investments out of the stock market, but I have been receiving emails from Mike Dillard, he believes that Gold and Silver will sky rocket, because of the weak dollar. So, invest in silver and gold, but people who have their retirement dollars in a self directed IRA can earn above average returns on their money. Usually from eight to twleve per cent.
