It's only for US. I tried to buy the RBBP but failed with my credit card. No one even bothered to answer my message for support. Now that the choice of countries has gone from the payment page I understand why. Gosh, it's really disappointing to feel left behind. Guess all I can do is to keep reading the books and keep doing on my level.

I appreciate the blog again this week. I agree. The whole RBBP is a real success and I can tell it required a lot of planning and effort. I am looking forward to receiving mine. The excitement it instills in everyone is phenomenal. Thank you for all of your enthusiasm Dean.

Thanks Dean for everything. I couldn't afford the RBBP but I have most all of your other things. I am so pumped now waiting for "The Edge 2011". And my goal now is to stay in my county and try to buy/sell the houses here first. Maybe that way our taxes might go down or they will stop cutting all the programs. But I have a problem, when I tried using the forclosure alert, my county would not come up. So I just go on to something else. Anyway, great job of motivating us to get off our behinds. Thanks for all you and the DG family do. Keep up the good work.

Working more hours on this than I did Before.

I'm not going to let anymore money problems or work get more in my way.

I have one co-worker who wants to buy ahouse but need help and also a friend that the banks keep rejecting her.

So that one other reason I must succed,they believe in me.

Hi Dean: The statement "don't give up" is very important at this time. Real estate prices are at the bottom right now. This is the time that Millionaires are made. As Warren Buffet says when people are greedy, be fearful and when people are scared, be greedy. Well people are scared right now. Look at our economy right now. (terrible job outlook and the Stock Market reflects the mood of this country.) Take action and you can succeed.

Another great motivating video.I couldn't get the RBBP or the Edge 2011 system, but I do have the Edge 2010 so starting to review that again.I also picked up a giveaway cd at one of your seminars back in the spring for the book Be A Real Estate Millionaire and started reading that.I love the section on changing who you are.We all need to think differently and feel better about ourselves.I've been trying to get an offer accepted for a while now and got discouraged when they kept coming back as a no--So I needed a kick in the butt to get me motivated again! Thanks for caring.

Hi Dean,

I stuck my neck out and emailed Matt Larson's letter to some Real Estate Agents out of state. One was my daughter's residence's property manager where she is now living and going to college. The agent got back to me right away and is willing to check her MLS for cash buyers for me. If things continue to move forward, I should be able to put a deal together soon.

I bought the course on 8/1 and started right away. I have went through the 2011 EDGE. I believe I have found a real estate agent in my Daytona Beach area, just waiting on the cash buyers list. I have an agent in Michigan and they are building a team and getting together the cash buyers there. He purchased the program as well and we are working together.
I have put out 33 signs to get buyers and 20 signs to get sellers. I have 6 to 8 properties I will start making offers on this week and my goal is 25. So far about 4 buyers in the hopper.

Our goal is to make a deal in 30 days. We are 15 days in. Let the games begin.
I will keep you posted.

Absolutely. Just like Dean says "Don't give up". It may take you 6 days or 60 days but if you never give up it will work for you.

Good Day DG Community!

I just wanted to say that I have met many DGers willing to partner up and share information to make the deals happen. Some are cheerleaders and support that we all need. Many are successes sharing not only their information but also trying to give solid advice to get you through your first deal and cheering you on.

Not many places breed "COMMUNITY" anymore. At DG, it is a community sharing with other communities.

I should close on my first deal in 2 weeks. It is a buy and hold. I ended up getting into a bidding war but won out. I'll have $10,000 in instant equity and renters in place.
