as always you give us courage,capabilities and wisdom and whatever you name it ....we will engulf it to our advantage....just a suggestion...it is on a day where most need that PUSH and always look forward to your blog on this day....actually look for it on sunday night but.....mastermind monday or minset monday or mentor mind monday sticks out for me because i believe just as you have stated .....finding and using a mentor has always been advice i would give ANYONE to model.its a no brainer....EVERY BOOK or knowledge sharing tool will tell us that the quickest way to success is to MODEL a successful person....aka the RECIPE of the successful person.as u have made available the tools of the rock bottom blueprint...does exactly this.....so listen up anyone who has not gained the rbbp ....your ticket to learn FAST is to model a SUCCESSFUL MENTOR !!! thanks dean for all you do !!!!

I would love to have a support person/partner. I am still working on getting a first deal done, and would love someone to work with. I live in Boise, ID. I don't have extra cash- so the only deals I can do are the buy and resell to another buyer. I feel very limited, and very frustrated not to have made my initial investment back yet. It's been almost 3 months. HELP ANYONE????? THANKS. Pam Humphreys

Ok, Call the blog the Capabilities, Wisdom, Directions and Energy Monday blog. Or maybe just call it the Expand your mind MONDAY blog. Ok, How about "TAKE ACTION now MONDAY BLOG!!!!"

Your blogs are empowering to many of those who live ordinary lives and continously seek "food for thought," beyond regular day to day talk. As you mentioned in one of your books, we are the folks who are tired of the working environment where mediocracy rules the minds. I absolutely do not condescend on anyone, but my secular job is one that keeps me asking what am I doing here with the realm of possibilities that exist in a career that I have longed for.

Speaking of success stories, I have made five offers. The first one got acccepted. I should have it assigned by Thursday (8/24). The second and third one have been in negotiations for about three weeks. I'm about to lock in the second one (around 8/24); the fourth one, I started and locked in on (8/14). I'm looking for an investor to pass this one to. The last one I started on Saturday (8/22) and I'm countering. I have three potential investors for three of these deals.

It's been two months since I read the book and I was scared out of my wits to make such big commitments, but I took the leap of faith and am working these earnestly and diligently. Thank you Dean for inspiring me and convincing me to believe beyond the ORDINARY mindset. I just signed up for your EDGE program. I'll be picking it up at the post office tomorrow. I hope to be one of your big success stories next year.

Just wanted to say that I like the name Motivation Mondays. It's important to stay motivated. With everyday life, it's so easy to get off track and then get discouraged and want to quit. So motivation is important!

Dean, what would you think of "Onward and Upward" as a name for your fantastic weekly blog? I wrote a motivational column for my first employer and chose that title.

Dean I Like the word Monday in the title. It seems to keep things a little more on track for me since I am so busy at the end of the week. It's a reminder that Monday's are very important and I am going to learn something new on Monday! A good way to start the week.
