Once Again!
This hit home. I'm working these Multi Family Properties full time, contacting Hedge Funds & REiTs and getting through now. 5 months of intense research and work. And sometimes I'm disheartened by all the negative around me. So I stay as isolated as possible, motivating myself and having your words and feeding off the words of others; especially in the FB Blog Ca$hFlow Investment Club. Lot of great inspiration and positive energy, and good deal making support can be found there... And then this weeks Weekly Wisdom. Well, it helped tremendously! And yesterday I got my first of 5 MFPs/245unit/$26m Apartment Complex going under the scrutiny of one of the big funds. All the NCND's and Compensation Agreements have been signed and the property package will be on their desk tomorrow morning. So then today, I started to beat myself up, so I came back to the Weekly Wisdom Blog today and again tonight... It is such a poignant message! Thanks Dean!
thanks
i needed that boost to get me going!!!!!
Cristal Clear!
Dean:
Amazing what a 9 minutes pep talk can do. You've really left me naked and have given me the answer to why I want to be absolutely financially independent and it has nothing to do with it after working the seven levels!!!
Other commitments do not allow me to be at your next Live Edge Event, but I will definitely attend a future one. You're the man!!!
Thanks and God bless ya
Dean
Great weekly wisdom. It really helped me re-focus on my why. Thank you for all you invest in us to help us succeed. I'll be at the EDGE event
I watched your extra Video message, I have 3 questions.
I posted it on The Edge forum.
http://www.deangraziosi.com/real-estate-forums/deans-gain-edge-event/100...
I think it will help new RE investors like me make an informed decision as to costs. I really want to go. But I need to calculate if I can (or can't) afford to go this year. I hope you, (or anyone who has already signed up for the event), can help me and answer the questions. I'm sure there might be others who are contemplating about going but might be hesitant because they haven't calculated the full costs of attending (like me) that would have to be spent (conference costs, airfare, airport parking, car rentals, hotel accomodation, meals, etc.). I really want to attend!
Thanks!
Cris
7 Levels
Thanks Dean for trying always to find the reasons that prevent us from following through.
I wish I had had a real estate teacher like you.
About the 7 levels, I'll tell you I don't need to go that deep to get to my reasons to succeed; my first one is the most important one(my mother)and I have to make it soon because I'm running out of time.
I'd really love to go in April and meet you, and believe me I'm trying my best to do my first deal; it has nothing to do with insecurity or the villain within. I've always been a risk taker.
A small part of it is that I had to move from where I lived for the past 22 years and I'm trying to get to know the area. I found out I'm in the right place at the right time!
Thank you for caring.

7 levels deep
Dean, your always on track. But one can be on the right track and still get run over by the train.Facing my hold backs and looking at reasons to better ourself are great. I guess I'm full of excuses, work to many hours,to old to give up where I am(with no time to enjoy or help others). Matt, and many of your success students overcame hurdles.Need to talk our minds it's ok to jump off that dry rock we are standing on.You are a ball of energy and really feel the positive vibs. Looking forward to seeing you and others at the Edge again. Hope to jump off that rock before then Enjoy & Until
I'm There!
Seven Levels Deep is the most important thing you can do, the second most important is going to the EDGE. Thanks for doing this every week Dean.
Hi Dean, Well, I must say

Weekly Wisdom #166
Hi Dean,
I believe I listened to one of your responses/reasons for going deep and wanting better than you have, but this one really got to me. I can relate. I attempted to be in several businesses and did not quite make it. Right now, I have an invention that has gone to a company and the company wants to go ahead with it. I do not have the money. Also, there are three other businesses I am interested in that I cannot do because of a lack of cash. Right now, I am "hot under the collar" as the saying goes. I am ready to go with four different businesses. I work best under pressure. I even have a babysitter and a close friend in place ready to babysit my son in case of travel, etc.. I need to get a job to have the cash necessary for all four. Real Estate with you is one of them. I had to get my 'Z' license. That is a license I got to drive either the Milton Transit or the School Bus. When I get hired with Milton Transit, I will be getting a good salary just to train with them. After the training, the salary goes up too! I need to first do that to establish the initial cash for all four businesses. Before I get my 'B' and 'D' license, however, I had to complete a medical. I did. Everything was OK. Then I have to complete a Driver's medical and do over my G1, then B, then D exams with the Ministry of Transportation. After that, I need to get the training with an accredited driving school, which I have contacted and have registered with. Then I need to do the practical. I intend to get a job in August or September. That way, I will know a lot more people. Driving Transit puts us in a position to meet many people. People in Milton are very friendly and open and so am I. That's how and where I will build up three of my businesses. The other one is my invention with that particular company. I should be fully employed by the end of September or even the beginning. Then, I can concentrate on attending seminars and getting my passport, etc.. Since I am good with stretching a dollar, I will be good to go. I also have to finish my advanced computer courses so I can have my own blog and web page. I am halfway through. You had asked us to do some homework. I did, but got caught up in summer and in letting my son have some fun for the summer. It was about the seven levels deep. First and foremost, it's making the cash. My second reason is so that I can be financially stable or rather, financially free. The third is that I wanted to build a future for my children that their father deprived them of. The fourth is that I am so sick and tired of not being able to afford the things that matter, like repairing my credit score. The fifth is that I really want to succeed in business because, like that guy you spoke to, my family look at me as being a loser. I have achieved so much education wise; even more than most of them. Because they did not experience the setbacks and pitfalls that I have, they have more than I,in terms of a house and a vehicle. I know, though, that I am a go getter and know that I am capable of so much more and am working toward it, even if I helped them and practically helped my mother take care of them since I was 11 years old - some were older than I and others, younger. I also helped raise their first children. The sixth is that I have overcome the fact that my sister used to call me ugly when I was little, though everyone else said I was pretty. She did not just say it, she stressed it. I now know why she did it - to build her self esteem, she had to try to destroy mine. It worked when I was little, because I had very low self esteem, but as I began to achieve more, and to excel in school while being the 'maid' of the family, I realized what I was worth and how much I can do. All that has made me a better person and one who can work very well under pressure. It also helped me not to get any syndrome when I got married and had my children back to back. It was routine and easy for me because I was used to doing so much more and caring for many more people. It made me efficient and organized too! I now look at the things that happened to me as beneficial. Without them, I would not be half as efficient, determined and organized as I am today. The last but by no means least reason is,so that my children can see that determination and effort conquer all and so that I can accomplish what I set out to accomplish with God on my side and with my being really deep in my faith, attending church regularly and praying and singing fervently.
Thank you for giving us the chance to challenge ourselves and to achieve great things.
Talk to you soon,
Annis
