Hello Dean, I'm so thankful to have you in my life. This weekly wisdom probably saved my future plans for REI. I've been in a funk for the last month and a half. I moved home to care for my mom, I'm back in school on the internet to retreive a Associate Degree in Business and the lady that I went to Jr.High School with, we started rekindling feelings in April and now we are on the outs. Mom alone is a job because she have alzheimers and it is very stressful on a daily basis. I have no transportation but I don't let that hold me back from trying to accomplish my goals in REI. In saying all of that, I followed my feelings and pulled up the weekly wisdom for this week and let me tell you, God is Good. He lead me to this website and now after reading some of the DG family responses, I feel like you and the whole DG family is back with me and I have the drive once again. Thank you so much DG family and Mr. Dean Graziosi, you are a gift to all of us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hi Dean, I may have fell behind with this info. But, I wanted to know if you know what hedgefunds are? The real esate prices are rising and inventories of properties are being bought every week. I havent made a deal yet. I feel that there wont be any more properties left. How can I compete with this? WOuld wholeselling still work? Will assignment of cntract still work? Is there hope? I know exactly what you mean Dean. There are some things in life you can't write a check for. But, for everything else, that's more reasons to be rolling in the doe. A few times than I would like, I would start feeling bad when I think about my job (talk about stuck in a rut) and my finances. I would think to myself "there has to be a better way". And there is. Thanks to you I feel better because of the information I learned from your real estate investing books. I even signed up for the free website I read in one of your books. So yeah, I can definitely relate to you. The good news is I have a back up plan now (real estate investing) and you're the one that gave it to me.

Mr Dean thank you once again for your weekly wisdom. It is very important for me to read your inspiring blogs and listen what you practice and preach. Am from N.Y.C and still working on my first deal, and i know am getting closer on that first deal because i do believe it's not about me being the best, it's about me being better than i was yesterday so i can continue to grow and reach a future goal. I am really thankful for all the beauty in my life. I remember the day when gratitude flooded me and i saw every negative thing that happened in my life as the incredible gift that it truly was...and I began to love and appreciate my life and family in a way that has changed me forever. Thanks for that reminder today Dean.

I also want to thank my Jesus, the One and Only who is giving me wisdom and revelation each day. His Spirit helps me in every area of my life, even my real estate investing! It's so cool!

DG family,

Yesterday morning one person changed the "now" and the "future" for the world. There is no way to gauge what those children and adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School would have done had their lives not been so senselessly taken. Now we ask ourselves, "how could we not see this might happen and take action to avoid it?"

Unfortunately, there is no way to imagine all the horror that "could" happen. Instead we must realize that "NOW" is simply all we have. We must learn from the past, but what we do now is the only way we get to change the future.

So I follow the plan my Grandma Murr laid out: "Work each day as if you'll live forever; pray each day as if it is your last; and one of these days you'll be right!" The people I hold dearest to my heart never leave my presence, even if it's a phone call, without me telling them I love them. I do that because you never know if you'll have another chance to tell them.

Now is all we have, don't waste it.

What a great message this week. I am continually inspired by your openness and ability to share with this DG family. I, too, go through moments of what I call "poor me." That is a term that I learned from reading "The Celestine Prophesy." Those "poor me" moments definitely keep me from growing, and it means a lot that even with all your success you are open enough to share that you also still have those moments. What I have learned is not to beat myself up over it, rather learn from it and carry on. Thank you again for the inspiration and openness.

It was wonderful to see you at the Buying Summit in Vegas the other day.It was my first exposure to the "force of our DG family" and it was very obvious to my wife and I how special our group is.The beauty of your going back so to speak is that inner voice is just a little reminder of the life journey you were supposed to take to get where you are now.I `ve got a few life years on you Dean and if I`ve learned nothing else in life it`s that how can you appreciate where you are now in your life in this case if you hadn`t gone back at that particular life`s moment for you and it doesn`t matter the why of it -God was talking to you or whatever but you did;it`s funny that you brought this up, because my wife and I lost our parents- her father and my mother within a year of each other this past Thanksgiviing, right before we went to the Summit in December-a hard but good time for us.Together our DG FAMILY withstands any and all drainers out there. THE POWER OF ONE|

...As it is said: "all is well when it ends well"!
I want to share some ideas: "the way we fell is made by the way we think". This must be written on... crossroads - so most of the people realize sooner or latter what it means. (My hair became white before internalizing this.)

The villain within can be tempered by the child within, or, better if someone can make place for God inside, no more place for the villain!

We're all humans, and wonder some times if we should have done things different.

I usually don't let the enemy get to me; but I do notice it trying to stop me from success, by telling me that going after what you taught me is not important.

You asked me to tell you if we want you to speak about something else, and I'm sure there are other things-like you are going to lend us money to start our first deal;) but hearing about the enemy within remind us not to let it get to us.

If I regret one thing, Dean, is not starting 3 or four years ago when I first started watching you. I would be in the clouds by now.

By the way, regarding what you asked me if your messages were being blocked, I do remember thinking if you had deleted me from your contact list for a couple of weeks. I also have a problem with G/voice, it doesn't let me get back to the people that call me. Whenever I try to return a call, I get a message telling me how to block that caller. my calls never go through.

Keep doing what you're doing

Dean,you are on the right track to look at the lessons, and the two little miracle's you have, a beautiful soul mate,the success of the DG family to be able to stay on track. But,sometimes when the clown cleans their face off,they have nobody left to lean on,share thoughts,feelings and it is then that the villan lives.Keep this site alive,You aid so many clowns out there.You have a gift.

I know exactly where you are coming from Dean. I often have internal struggles that can bring me down. But my brother has it much worse than me.

You have been a source of knowledge and inspiration for me that has been invaluable. I know that you are carrying out the plan that the Lord has for you.

When I begin to feel the funk, and even when I am feeling fine, I make it a point to have my daily conversations with the Lord. He fills me up with the strength and wisdom I need to keep moving forward with the plan He has for me. And nearly always you are bringing me the message I need during those times. It is not a coincidence.

Thank you Dean for a great, absolutely fantastic reminder that I should focus on now. We all make mistakes, dwell in the past or worry about the future, and that does not make sense. Make life more difficult. Thank you for all your teachings, emails, that I always read and share with my husband. Your wisdom is priceless, I am implementing to my life.

I've been in a non productive funk for about a month now because I lost the only income I had so It's been very tuff. But I started a new job today and that's another step out of the funk.

You always inspire us to do better, and usually it's through your success. It's powerful to know that the things that don't go right can help just as much as those that do. I'm 28 years old right now and every memory I have of my mom, she's been stuck in a wheelchair due to disease. I want to be able to write checks to solve her problems, and that's a big part of the reason I'm getting involved in real estate. I've been bitter for a long time about her situation, but I've come to realize I wouldn't be the person I am today without the situation I've been put in. Thanks for helping me realize and be able to appreciate that.

I found out about Dean by reading his book "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and the things I learned are amazing.

I am working on getting my first deal, building a buyers list and understanding the real estate market right now.

In the book, Dean teaches you everything you need to know to get started. You should get the book, you'll learn so much and with perseverance and faith your life will change.

I listen to your video on Loan of FMV and calling small banks and community banks I will do this week.
I am an IE member and I thank you so much for that as well. You are such an inspiration to me and My GOAL is to met you and talk with you for at least 4 hours and pick your brain. I live here in Tucson so I could get to you in 2 hours. You are so busy and as of yet I am nobody special so till I get there and be on stage with you, Carol, Joe, MAtt and the rest of the gang. There are a lot of Villon within me that I need to learn how to deal with, one is a family member who is always putting wedges between myself and other family members. But I am not going to focus on that at this moment in time.
Thank you for sharing your life with us. I have really missed your videos and missing your seminar because when I was up north with my parents working on getting a house rented I had intermittent internet to no internet because my father thought it was a waist of money to get an ISP up there when a neighbor allowed us to use his WiFi when it did work for us.

I could get to inter net but not my email or when I got into email if I tried to listen or send someone an email the internet went down. So now that I am home I am going back as far as I can to catch up on all the videos I have missed While up north with the rental.

What I have learned from this is 1.) how important the internet is to this business and keeping plugged in to the weekly wisdom and the internet that, one goal for 2013 is to get an android phone that has WiFi capability as soon as I can afford it with minimality minute text, talk and internet. At least I will never miss another weekly wisdom or seminar if I have internet access on my cell phone.

Thank you for all you do you are a real blessing I just wish I could have keep up with the weekly wisdom's and the seminar, but THANK YOU!!! for the replay. What is the cost in the future to by the rest of the seminar? If I have the money I would like to get all of the seminar.

Not only did GOd put you on this earth to do real estate but to also to be an encouragement to a broken dying world to bring the Light Love and Hope that only God can bring, Dean you are a real blessing.

I have one real estate agent who wants to introduce me to some investors. She is going to call a few of them and see if any of them would be willing to allow me to work with them so I can start making money to buy my own homes. Also if the bank computers are working today at 9:30 I am going to call and see if my check has cleared then I am calling PMI to get the program Nate introduced me to I just wish they would have taken my prepaid credit card as I do not want a refund I want to learn how to make money as a real estate investor. By the way I think I might even have a second real estate agent willing to look around for someone I can work with and he is from ReMax and works with mostly investors. Talk to you latter.

It's so wild to get caught up in
the past sometimes on a negative
wavelength because our past is
our database for where we've come
from, all our experiences, and the
things we've learned from others
as well...so it is a valid reference
point...it just matters so much as
to how you look at your past and
with what filter and perspective
you give it.

Personally, I've had a HUGE
challenge with this myself, yet
to keep things off me and
put it in proper frame
I have been waking up everyday
Thanking God for what THIS DAY
has to offer and the wisdom,
strength, insight, discernment, etc.
He brings us!!

So important to remember the
past and where we have come
from and what we've accomplished,
yet THIS DAY is where it's at to celebrate
our LIFE and make the ABSOLUTE BEST of it!

because the only path from here
is to keep leveling up and getting
stronger/wiser each day as we

Also, recently I listened to a
training call with T. Harv Eker &
Keith Cunningham (Robert Kiyosaki's
REAL Rich Dad) about how he
had tons of knowledge and the
right strategies and skills, yet
at the end of the day he had lost
around $100 Million dollars til
it finally took it's toll and he
realized that he was the real
reason and that "villain within"
was what ultimately held him back.

Anyway, he's made millions again
after figuring a few key things
out about himself and that really
got to me what he was saying as
that was a pretty wild story.

Somebody in the comments above
mentioned getting something out
of Joel Osteen's message and I
totally AGREE!

I've been my own biggest &
worst enemy in the PAST!!
and now I see through that
for what it really was
-a testing phase or
-A Challenge to Grow Despite
Whatever Odds Are Against You
(lots of naysayers...haha
so funny now to think how those
people try to hold you back..)

So listening to guys like you
who have already figured out
how to get through that is
really awesome because of the
hope it implants in our mind
as we all have the same neurology
and can learn to apply these
techniques in our own life
(even if it takes time).

I've been reading Joel Osteen's
book - I DECLARE everyday for
2 months now and next month
will be the 3rd time to restart it.

It has had a huge impact on me
just getting up and DECLARING
to be a part of so much OPPORTUNITY
everyday that God has blessed us with
so we can call in His Favor,
Mercy & Grace - All for His Glory.

We get to be shining lights of LOVE
by building our spiritual, mental,
emotional, health, and finances
to be a blessing to others when
they need it most

For a long time I thought I was
just doing REI for me and the
whole financial thing, yet I
realize now that it is so much
more...like you said about being
a better dad and parent...or
being able to cut a check for
parents or grandparents that
need some extra help.... or
just being able to help those
people in a distressed house
situation that need somebody
to buy it and don't know what to do!

Anyway - this is getting long
so I'll stop there, yet I
want to say THANK YOU for
being real about who you are
& why you're doing this
along with teaching people
what to do - cause that's awesome.

Its late here in California, but I just had to watch one of your weekly wisdom's from the past and that happen to be what you were talking about in the video weekly wisdom #213

And after watching your video I see myself still letting obstacles prevent me from real estate because of me and because of how I perceive the obstacles which I prevent myself from moving forward. I mean damn hard obstacles, but still it is up to me to achieve whatever it is I want or I feel I need to achieve and not let the obstacles overwhelm me and prevent me from achieving because of my thoughts that come from my mind. I am exhausted I hope that made sense.
I just wanted to share how you alone change peoples life out there how you touch their life.
