Life is too short to spend it focusing on anything but the most important aspects - family, supportive friends and the business that will bring you financial freedom. I'm going to make sure my gold coins stay first and foremost in my life.

Thank You Dean for the gift I have received from you. It is priceless and I will cherish it. Something interesting has happened as a result of the gift. As I have worked to advance forward sometimes out of fear and not trusting myself I have tried to slip or step back to what I knew and did before that was comfortable. While I have had roadblocks and obstacles to face in advancing forward I now find I have roadblocks to stepping back and can only go forward. I am truly different now. With each thing that I do now I ask myself "is this going to help me to get where I want to go"? The only thing missing is the connection to a good deal and there are no deal fairies so I gotta go find them. It's called "Go for it" - "Take Action"

I can not stress enough the advantages of being an IE member. The whole webcast alone would be a good incentive to try it. The info on the second half really helped me take it to "another level."

You see, I have been following your (Dean) advice and eliminating most if not all of the negativity in my life. I changed my habits like watching TV (longer than just during meals) to watching and participating in RE related things daily. I now only use the internet for biz related things. But what this webcast made me see was that my other biz had me chasing plenty of silver and bronze coins. I never realized it because I was having enough money to pay the bills. But at the end of the day, that's all I had....money to pay the bills. No free time to enjoy, no "extra" money to give to charity or to treat myself. It was work, work, and more work just to pay the bills. Now, I'm changing my boxes!! Start looking for gold coins and not get distracted by the other shiny ones.
2013, look out! Here I come

We all all olympians in our own personal endeavors. We strive to obtain not the gold but what it stands for--being the best you.

Silver and bronze olympians have demonstrated extraordinary abilities to get where they are, and yet there is still room of improvement. They are not discouraged and make it a goal to strive for the gold next come around.

I believe the message here is to always strive to be the best of the best. There is always room for achievement if we learn to adapt to changes and apply ourselves.

2013 will be the year of the best me, to date. I intend to achieve the unchievable and help as many as possible to become the best they can become.

In the first minute, thought this concept was not really for me, then the light came on! Have a three legged business: Rentals, Handyman, and Tax Liens. All I have to do is expend my efforts more toward the gold and lessen the two others, sorry guys, can't really eliminate. I know most of my income comes from liens for the least time, so therfore Gold. Next two are fairly well tied in income, but lots of time is spent doing handyman stuff... So, should increase the number of rentals, based on return vs time spent. Once all said and done, will work maybe 10 days a year on liens, 2-4 weeks on rentals, and use the remaining time on handyman projects, knowing that leg supplies income to buy liens and rentals, but I do volunteer work for the elderly and at church, so this part is important!

Thank you gentlemen, we shall see how this works in 2013! May we all expend effort in directions that reap the largest rewards... think about it!

Once again you have given great advice. I thank you for all your help and support. Great words of wisdom. It is easy to get distracted, but with the strong will you can do anything.

I do need more gold coins. I have some bronze and silver, but tossing those aside. Thank you for the great words of wisdom. We can get side tracked, but must keep on pushing.

This year I finally got It. I find myself watching less TV and I am constantly removing the crap and negative people from my life.

Next year will be the best because of you and all the things you share with us. Family to me is the most important so I will be with them as much as i can. Especially with my new daughter now joining us! She is very healthy I would like to say. I am determined to do all the things to make our life a huge success. Today is the last day of the way I used to be. What a great way to end a year. I am looking forward to finding my way and my gold coins in the coming year. I love the holidays and spending time with my family but at the same time I can't wait for it to end so I can put my full focus on where I want to be. I am looking forward to all that life and both these sites have to offer me for my future and my family's future. I hope the entire DG Family has a safe and joyous holiday and a prosperous new year.

You two put on a pretty good show! I love the way you can cut through all the fog (The common daily distractions a person has to get through to allow them to clear their thoughts) and give a person laser focus!!!
We all know how those little life's distractions like the holidays can pull a person off course and how sometimes it can be tough to re-engage and get back on track. I have been there many times.
I like what you've said about "this for that" (If I do this then what do I have to give up?)and how a person should keep that in mind with the activities they decide to do.
I have to say I've never been more impressed with a teaching progam, I look at my list of advisors from the three training seminars and like being able to access so many people for advice! It's great having so much support! You really do over-deliver!
