Thank you so much Dean for putting these motivational videos out for us. This time last year we hadn't done a deal yet and still learning, and constantly learning, it's never the same thing every day that is for sure! I have quit my job and now a full time real estate investor, my husband hasn't quit his yet, but one of us is doing real estate full time. Having faith number one in God that He will provide and lead us on this new chapter in our life has been amazing. Thank you for all the support you give on here and on IE.

Thanks Dean. Another great weekly wisdom. I am close to retirement age and have been trying to make the real estate investing work for me so I will be able to retire. Courage is such a big thing! This video helped to motivate me again to achieve my goal of wholesaling houses and buying some rentals this year to get started on looking to retire. My sister just retired and I am so jealous. I want to retire early. Need tyo make it happen!

True it is getting past your fear and moving on - we had a realtor tell me that what we were doing we could get paid for -so we had to pass up a good deal with them - did it stop me no ! not that were not going to be in touch -we will - to explain what we do better

A long while ago, you wanted people from areas around the US to apply for a position to head up a local 'birddog' group. I applied but did not make the cut so to speak. I had called a couple of times to your office looking for the person here in Charleston, SC so I could contact this person and partner with to no satisfaction. I would like to get a phone call from your office concerning this. AS I type this, I,me,myself have missed out on 'SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ' in profits as she or he and you and your organization have missed out. SO, WOULD IT TO MUCH TO ASK FOR THE NAME OF THE PERSON HERE , CHARLESTON,SOUTH CAROLINA AND HAVE THIS PERSON CONTACT ME OR I CONTACT THEM TO " GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD " AND PROFIT FROM WHAT I SEE, WRITE DOWN AND ETC............ WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET YOUR ATTENTION ??????

Be strong & very courageous! For your God is with you! The Bible says & I believe in the Bible-for all of you whatever you believe the principle is the same.

Be strong & courageous, acquire that courage & leap forward wherever you are, if you are working on your first deal or have done 30 deals, we can do this! Dean is right, all we need is a little spark to get us going, one thing that will give us momentum & ride that wave to our 1st deal,

or our 40th deal or 400th I am going to get there myself I just assigned my 4th deal for 5k!!! It is awesome, will post here on dg.com after I rest up a bit. Thx Dean.

Thanks for the uplifting message. I look forward to every Monday. I have been here in San Diego Attempting to get into real Estate since 2011. I got your "EDGE 2010" in August and have been reading the books and watching all the Videos and I STILL HAVE THAT ANCHOR HOLDING ME BACK. I am finding it very hard to tell someone "I can help them save their credit" like GREG MURPHY. I have to find something to change it to the wind in my sail.

Dean the book is one your best,it was hard for me to put it down,looking forward to my first deal in thirty days.

I appreciate your time sharing with us another great motivational weekly wisdom. I'm glad to let you know I have gained a lot of momentum after I cut off some old friends. This guys were all about negativity. Their lives were miserable and they wanted my life to be as well too. BUT I never let them influenced me.

Thank you to all my DG family who I have supported me with your words of encouragement from Day 1.

Hi Dean Still trying to make my first deal having to much courage I think sometimes scare my deal away Maybe there afraid of me sometime I think that's why I can't make a deal but thanks Dean for this weeks confident lesson.

Thanks Dean for another great Weekly Wisdom. This is just the kick in the butt that I needed this week. I have personally seen the increase in confidence happen in other DG students as they took action and were successful. I now need to have the confidence to make that happen for myself!
