Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdon #169 - A 3 Step Method to Fixing Problems

I always look forward to learning something new from you. I am in the habit of writing things down and it is a great way for me to keep track of what I am doing and makes a record of my activities. When something is not working I am of an open mind and know that there are many ways to look at things and many possibilities. After I get some housework done here today and get a shower I will sit down and work on this little exercise.

My list of not working is long. My list of working is zero. Im putting in offers and getting no where. Using the fast cash formula is getting offers too low and no one will even look at them. I dont know how to transfer that to make it work. I need the offers low so I can pass them off to my buyers. But noone will accept an offer. I feel like I am in a cycle that cant work and I dont know how to make it work.
It helps to look at it but I feel Im too close to the problem and cant see how to make it work. Mabie I just need to x it out like you said and start all over with a different way of doing things. Perhaps quit batting my head against the wall.

just cant seem get going in the business...but i will never stop trying for the life of me. cause my babys need me..

In appreciation for all of your teachings Dean I thought I would share with you a desire I had - since I know you read every one of these responses - whose instrument of manifestation came to me even before I watched this blog. I had thought how beneficial it would be to me to have any, or all, of your books and information in audio disc format, since lately I've been devouring all sorts of information of this kind (Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, etc.) Needless to say I've been having tremendous ideas for myself, my own life, my Real Estate business, and for the lives of others! I thought, how wonderful would it be to take in my daily dose of your Real Estate Education during my couple hours at the gym! Anyway, it would probably be pretty easy for you to get 'your voice' on recording (because it is so full of enthusiasm), and sell this to students of yours who may not even have the time to read a book, but could listen to you every day during their commute to work. I'd be first in line to buy this information, and I'd listen to it over and over so I could inculcate and infect my mind with all your tremendous knowledge. Thanks for being such a great teacher.

I always like to write down my list for the day. Sometimes I have too many notes . I think it makes me feel more organized and makes me feel better when I do. I like the multiplier.... I will put that on my list!

Question a local 20 years expierenced Realator in Az told me I can't buy property in Az without closing escrow and financeing/paying for property. Cannot have a double escrow in Az. Any comment? are there people flipping homes here in Az without buying them first? LG Meggers

I haven't been on the site for some time but real estate is still in my heart and mind .Finding Real Estate Agent to do assigment of contract is not working but got I got close but they backed out.It been over a year, whats working finding Buyers in courts,bendits signs,news papers,etc.I going to change what I'm doing and be a Bird dog so I can at lease make some money because to this day I made zero that $0.00 money in my real estate Business.I going to be strong and because what I learned I know well make money I just need to make money.I WELL KEEP PUSHING THAT WALL TO IT FALL DOWN. thanks for another inspiring message !!! i am listening to the multiplier message !!! this makes total sense!!! i also dreamed of an invention to capture all my inspiring and aha thoughts while sleeping at night.there have been MANY a time when i thought of a great idea then went back to sleep only to FORGET the pieces or entire thiught .it would be awesome if someone could CAPTURE their thoughts without writing them down but as of yet have not figured it out.when someone does it will be a BREAKTHROUGH. I DO GET UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND WRITE THEM DOWN NOW.I HAVE AN ENTIRE NOTEBOOKM OF ideas BUT NEED TO TAKE action WITH THEM !!.THANK YOU FOR SHARING WHAT YOU SPEND TIME LEARNING WITH US !!! That was really a great idea Dean, it's a very simple thing that we always forget to do; I guess we forget to be analitical, a very important thing when you're trying to make your business work. Thanks for always finding ways to make us successful.

At your recent seminar, the person who led the seminar talked about grants that will actually pay for the entire property as long as you agree to rent it out. I managed to get the website info since I had joined your mentorship 3 years ago, but have yet to find that particular grant.
Could you talk about grants and in particular the one I mentioned?
