My first query is about Foreclosures...I know the concept, but will need to focus on the PROCESS of helping people in pre-foreclosure and such. Any help would be appreciated! There are sooo many foreclosures right here in Texas! TIA! ~Kat

I've always been used to doing everything by myself, being kind of a "closet" investor, but the game has changed & I'm trying to learn the new rules. Hi Everyone! My name is Terri and I was born in Dallas and raised in Fort Worth most of my life. I married my High School Sweetheart, Ed, a few months after I graduated from Burleson High School in '76. He was a tank gunner at Fort Hood at that time. From there we started our little Family and took off, being stationed at many Posts stateside and 2 tours of duty in W. Germany... it was Communist during those times My Ed became a casualty of Desert Storm and it's been just our sons Joshua, Jacob, and me ever since. Now we have another Family... KAT! It's so great to see you and Amanda here! This is an awesome extension of our DG Family and I am so THRILLED! I'm up here in North Texas. Denton is home to University of North Texas and Texas Women's University as well as North Central Texas College. Our environment is rich in pure Energy from our pillars of education to our vast medical community. I love Denton! There is a HUGE MF market here that I plan on tapping into. I will glean a wealth of knowledge from everyone here, and as I learn my way and gain experience I will share all I know. I'm looking forward to our first Texas Chat! Y'all have a beautiful day! Hi, My name is Favian Aguirre and I was born and raised in Houston and now live next to it in Pasadena, Tx. I've always wanted to be in real estate investing and I joined the DG team in July this year. I got to go to the buying summit a couple of months ago. That was fun down in Vegas!!!
I have lots of ideas but just to get them into action is a lot harder that I thought but I need to get my but in gear cause I'm about to be a daddy for the first time in Dec.!! I look forward to talking to everyone and hope we can all make our dreams come true. It's there for the taking just have to Go Get It!!!!

Hi, my name is Adamina Aguilar I was born in Monterrey, NL. Mexico. I have lived in the USA since 1974, and in the Rio Grande Valley for about 30 years. I went to Texas A & M for my degree in Art.

I have always wanted to be a RE Agent, and had my Real Estate courses in San Antonio, but at this point I am a REI (which is different); I joined this site in 2009, but was not able to do anything due to my surgeries and then my therapies.

I hope we will work all together with PERSISTENCE AND DEDICATION so we can get ahead in the journey that we all have started.

Hi, I'm "Teresa Jo" on DG.com. But I really just go by "Teresa"...lol! I've lived in College Station all my life...You could say I bleed maroon! Gigem Aggies! Anyway, I joined the dg website back in 2011; joined the Success Academy earlier this year; and just joined LifeStyles Unlimited in Houston and will be attending their 2 day training this weekend. I currently work at Texas A&M University, but would like to retire from there in 3 or 4 years and do REI full-time.
