16 months ago I was trying to scrape enough money together to eat and today January 13,2010 I just won the "Sweep me Away Contest"!!!

Do you know where you are going to for your adventure? Your story has hit home here we are a small remodeling co. in Pa. we are in the same boat that you were in. I have always wanted to get into real estate but i heard a lot of bad stories from a lot of my freints and family members. But know its my turn to determain whats BAD. I am interested in doing the same thing as far as lease options so many ways to proceed i just want to get started and get my feet wet so any help you can provide would be appreciated. My life is in turmoil. I lost my job after I had a baby in 2008. I've been working pt but I barley clear $100 weekly. I have no food, medicine or money. My husband blames me for financial ruin because I need more cash. He's not that supportive of RE. We argue daily, now even among the children and everyone is streesed. I live in NJ, please anyone in NJ doing assignments/wholesaling please contact me. Law prohibits assignments on the general sales contract. It must be customized. I don't even have gas money to get to an attorney much less pay for his services. Please if anyone has a purchase/sales agreement that they use in NJ please share it with me. I cannot pay you now but we can reach an agreement. Please help me. PleASE. I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO RESPONED. I've been trying to contact members on the site that indicate their from NJ but no one talks to me. Dean always says that the community here is always willing to help one another and respond in a matter of hours yet I constantly leave messages and pm people. I feel a kindredship and love here but not for NJ. I'd appriciate help from anyone on Dean's team or the DG fam. I've been studying for a long time, began a buyers list, and have properties in sight. I feel like this hurdle is so dicouraging. I know the promises of God and I look forward to their manisfestatioin. Thank you for reading thank you for helping and I hope I have not spoiled your day.
