OfflineLess than a month ago I had a 3 property package deal and I can't believe we just sold 2 of the properties for the profit that we was looking to make for all 3 and still have the last one for sale! This is crazy!

Amazing how no one other than you brought up the issue. Everyone is ready and willing to congratulate on a dime, but no one is interested in the details or to learn anything from his experience. Absolutely baffling!

Steve, I don't mean to pester you, just spend 20 minutes detailing how this deal went down, we crave this stuff.
Also you need to learn some typing skills, it's really important in this business. I took a typing class in high school and then again about 15 yrs ago.
I got a buddy that does the hunt and peck technique and he's having a heck of a time. I suggested he take a class at night school and also a PC class, but he's the type that wont even open a book.
I helped him with a few deals but it's frustrating seeing him struggle and not willing to improve himself.
But, your better than that.
