I seen a lot of the inner circle members doing some giveaways for the holidays and I want to jump on the bandwagon.
I said in another post that I was interested in eventually partnering with others around the country, but I decided to do a drawing to partner and mentor 1 person who really needs it to start the new year. I really want to help 1 person succeed and overcome whatever challenges they are facing. This will help me gain the knowledge to train others around the country as well.
If you would like to partner with me and have me mentor you in 2012, please send me a private message and I will give you more information on how to enter in my drawing. Once I get at least 30 interested people I will pick 1 lucky person to learn under me and start doing deals!
I recently trained someone in my local market who is now a full time partner. I started training him in April 2011, and we closed our first deal in July 2011. We then closed 4 more deals throughout the rest of July and August. He was even working full time from 3pm-11pm on the weekdays, but he had the motivation and dedication to put in to achieve success. After closing those 5 deals he quit his job and is now doing real estate full time. To date he has made way more in 6 months than he ever made in a year at his full time job. Not to mention he is now his own boss making his own hours, and he was able to move his mom out of a really bad neighborhood and into a better home/area. This person is also another DG student.
I want to take on my next student/partner now in another location and show them the way to success! If you have the motivation to do whatever it takes to succeed, and you would like to have me to mentor you, then send me a private message right now.

As for the spammers, I wish I knew but it happens lat at night, and early in the morning. All you need to do is Flag 'em when you see it.

I've been doing that, whenever I see these messages, but they keep coming back. They may need to start the "capthcha" option every time we want to post something. Otherwise, this will keep happening. I know it would be annoying, but it would eliminate all the junk postings.

Iam interested and had pm'ed you and entered your contest drawing on your website. Iam ready to go! I read your success story of the last person you trained and that sounds a lot like me! I even have the same work schedule 2pm-11 mon-fri but I have a lot of vacation days to use also. I am looking to quit my job, be my own boss and retire my wife also so she no longer has to work and can help me out in real estate. Then once I am debt free, work on starting a family.

Sent you a PM earlier today, but not sure you got it. My handle on here is, "hunt4success". Participated in Dean's 3 day work shop on 11/18-11/22. I would love to participate in this offer. I'm a total "Newbie" and need all the help I can get. I live in Washington, DC. I maxed out my credit cards to pay for this program. I'm a laid off Union Electrician, drawing unemployment. I live in an Oxford house. That's for people in recovery from alcohol/drug addiction. I'm 57 years old. This is my last shot. My only options are, "sink, or Swim". And I have

I just wanted to update everyone on what is going on since I originally put the offer out.
I have had over 70 entries so far and I still have people contacting me to enter in. I am going to cut it off at the end of this week for new entries and over the weekend I will draw a random name to be selected to work with me. Maybe I'll even video tape it and put it on my blog so everyone can see that it was completely random right out of hat! =)
For those who still want to get into the contest just know that this Friday at 11:59PM is the cut off. After that I can't take in anymore entries.
