And yes there r deals EVERYWHERE... just have got to get them locked up....have a few more in the works also that r in limbo.....I believe the training from the academy has OPENED my eyes to deals that may not LOOK LIKE a deal but now I have LEARNED to CREATE THEM! !!

I WISH....that is the next subject I need to start delving into.....how to reduce it....tax income....I know spend some on a cruise.......OK OK......come join me! !!!!! and speaker addressed these types of issues. I walked away with a practical guide to asset protection. It is a must read it will be helpful and informative to your

Thanks jack for your support..........I talked to the seller maybe a few weeks ago and I was on the phone at different points for a LONG TIME ....LISTENING to EVERYTHING he had to say.....sometimes even putting the phone down to. Run to the fridge to get a water!!!!!! No kidding!!!..............he just talks and talks and talks...........but it PD OFF.most of the time these sellers NEED someone to listen to them........and IF YOU DO..............you WILL BE the one they call back ....when they have no options left!!!!!..
I plan on selling on land contract to the present remnants of one house.....renting or selling the store and apt.......and raising the rent on other house and or selling on land contract with good down payment.

When you get time would you tell us the bottomline on the offer. Was it one price for all four properties? Individual negotiations? What did he ask and what did you pay for each or as blanket deal. Details. Very interested in how the deals can go when you just put it out there and see what happens!
