Attended a tax deed sale and purchased 3 houses and one vacant lot!!!
I also CREATED a great contact with a Texas investor.and MANY contacts during and after the auction.the county is recording the sales on these properties and I am marketing them on craigslist, facebook and local free trader.I am EXCITED AND CRANKED to tell you I feel like a MAJOR player as an investor in my area now and have a hard time realizing it only took 2yrs to make things happen as they have.I am grateful to know I can make whatever I set my mind to now!!!. If you just BELIEVE you can and push forward to keep learning....it gets easier to CREATE $$$$$$$ out of thin air.
All the while helping others realize THEIR DREAM of home ownership
.I will be posting deal # 29. and #30 tomorrow because I just collected a FULL PAYMENT for one house I got from the auction...PENDING the recording and transfer....so I didn't sell to anyone else........
And 2000 CASH on another deal I will explain in detail tomorrow or next day

It's true, you can do anything you put your mind to.
Your comment also helps to let people know that it does take some time to become a player in this field. It took you 2 years. A number of us, myself included, are still waiting for their first deals. Your story just helps confirm that you have to stay with it if you want it to happen. I took major steps today to make mine happen. Even if it doesn't come to fruition, I took the steps. It was a "learning on the job" experience. That's what it takes.
