Thanks for the oppurtunity to be involved with this process. It helps to build my confidence in getting involved with real estate. Seeing how some of the crew is in Arizona I would like the oppurtunity to talk with some of them. I think this would help me in getting started with the program. I would like to go to the Sucess Academy but there is no way I could afford it at this time. I would like to shadow someone doing one of this deals with no money down so I can physically see how it is done. I pride myself as a self starter but the fear I have for failing is so high I am having trouble getting started. I have picked the areas that I would like to work and I have people in each of these areas so that I don't have to travel. The people I have in the areas I would like them to get involved in real estate but I need for them to see that it works. I know in my heart that this will work but I have a wife that thinks this is a scam and I need for her to see that it works also. I have always dreamed of doing a business that her and I both can work together on. We do real well when we do remodeling together but have only done this on property that we own. aNY HELP OUT THERE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I have both of Dean books and have read both, but I'm stuck. Could someone please give me some insight as to getting started on my first sell. I have search my neighborhood and have found some distressed properties and properties FSBO. I do not know how to get started by approaching the sellers or buyers. I know I need to just do it, but its such a big step. Please Help.
