Wow factor!
I think the best way to distribute funds, would be to look at families personally and see who has no money to rebuild their lives and homes and help them buy building supplies.

Dean and Matt there no word for what you are doing for the family. I love this family because people like you and matt are there to help people like us.

Make sure the $ goes to the people as best you can. Avoid large percentage going to "those in charge" aka administrative costs, although some is probably inevitable. Remember Greg Mortenson, "Three Cups of Tea" that was heartbreaking for us.

First thing that comes to mind is giving even $200-800 to each family to get clothes, food, transportation, pet care covered, ...yes I know the Red Cross is there but seriously I would give directly to the people. Cash, no checks, and hand it out directly. I am sure a church in that area would be happy to cash a check and personally put cash in these devastated people's hands for you. Or look up someone that was on the news and ask them to do it for you, might give them some nice feeling while doing that helping hand-out.

Great job Dean and Matt. I know the American Red Cross who helps many in disasters such as Joplin could use the funds to help support all. Just a thought if that works. Great job and again thank you for what you do and who you are.

Thanks you and every body at D.G.Family for help those people at Jopin.I to have to bounce back because the Realtor I meet over the phone last week stop returned my calls to meet up with him I was sure he was the right guy for the job.I tryed to contact him but would not retured my calls.so with that said, THANKS DEAN I KNOW HAVE TO BOUNCE BACK AND LOOK FOR THE NEXT AGENT!!!

Hi Dean, you are a wonderful compassionate person! I appreciate you very much. You asked for a suggestion.....I would like to comment on the idea of "personally" in whatever way you can to handle the giving of the money you are donating because of the "administration costs" of all public organizations. This way the people will get all of the money. The BEST to you and yours.....................

Hello Dean&Matt,

I think that is wonderful about how much was
raised for Joplin. I go alone with,Lois&John,and
Mathedragon,when they said that it would be a good ideal to take some of the money and teach some of the families how to do this real estate investment.

I think that they then, would be able to always know how to keep a place of their own, and also
how to make money for themselves at all times.
They then could help their community.

Az for the $$$...louis and john had a great idea of a portion going to a family...I believe they suggested 5k or? ? To learn your strategies of investing to pull them out of their tragedy and financial binds...and will have learned to FISH FOR A LIFETIME and....could share what they learned with others.I would like to add they could be part of bounce back??????.who knows...from what they learn from you..they may REBUILD a big part of joplin after all of this....then your generousity will be even LONGER LASTING! !!
