Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #141 - Why the Heck Does Dean Go and Have to Sell Things?!

Thanks for the great offer to join the Rock Bottom Blueprint! I absolutely can't participate at this time, but although I have already purchased two properties using your techniques, I know there is so much more I would learn and hate to miss out. The homes I purchased are rented and between the two cashflow $800.00 plus there is $40K in equity. I'm in the process of doing a cash-out refinanace on one and hoping to close another deal soon, here in California. Thanks again Dean "your programs do work" and I'm proof of it. I now have these two homes and have used almost none of my own money and with not so goog credit and working a full time job. Your offer is great because it pays for its self, and thats worth ten times the fee, but only if we as students "take action".

Great series.... hard work in it. Loved the art techniques included and the Italian sauce! One Italian to another- "Mangia" and enjoy!

Would love to get into this new program but I need to do some wholesale deals and get going first. I want to do the success academy to meet you and the top producers. I learned to watch the best and emulate only their best habits. You become most like the 5 people you spend the most time with.... hmmmm ....

If you want something bad enough, you WILL find a way to make it happen. I, myself, had to do the payment plan option and the first installment has already maxed out what was left on my credit card. I will have to have a yard sale, as well as sell some things on eBay to raise the rest of the money. I don't care if you have to open up a lemonade stand...just, DO SOMETHING...then set aside your proceeds until you have enough! You CAN do it.

There will always be those who expect something for nothing...yet, if you took all the money in the world and divided it equally among all its inhabitants, in 6 months time you would still end up with the same distribution of wealth that existed prior to the "re-distribution".

So, Dean, I will now chime in with the chorus here: No apology necessary.

Even the Bible teaches us in Deuteronomy chapter 15, verse 11, that we will always have the poor with us...

We understand your vision and your goal of wanting to create more millionaires than anyone else. There is no need to feel bad or apologize for selling something. People forget about all the free phone seminars you've had for free that had no selling whatsoever. And that this site is chalk full of info for free. And all the time and effort you put into putting things together deserves some reward as well.

I don't think there is a person here that would expect to give all their expertise, services and time for free all the time. You're taking yourself away from doing REI deals to put things like this together designed to make MANY people be able to go out and make money for themselves.

Stop feeling bad about it, you don't need to justify it to the DG family. We loved the videos and all the information in them. We can choose whether to buy the product or not, but the review of info and new information in the videos is free to everyone.

And, anyone out there who is mad about this, WHO would give you back all of your money invested in education free for TAKING ACTION witht he materials? I thought long and hard before I made the commitment for the "Rock Bottom Blueprint" but I know this, Dean is a "Giver" I know this because I have a lot of experience with "The Takers", they will take what little money you have and give you nothing in return. Dean goes above and beyond to do everything possible to help you be successful. I see that in the videos and I see that from the many successful investors on the DG websites. I truly believe that I am going to be a "Real Estate Millionaire". Why? Because I want it! I want it so bad I can taste it. I'm tired of living the day to day (and everybody out there knows what I mean). There's a life out there waiting for me and I'm going to claim it. I have a lot of respect for the members in the DG community. Some have made it already and some are still working on it and I know if they are persistent they will make it too. This may seem like a lot of rambling, but that's OK, when you see me in the video next to Dean you will know that it can happen to you if you want it. But you have to believe in you! That is really the magic here. You can have all of the prosperous information in the world at your fingertips but if you don't believe you can accomplish the task and "Take Action" then you are destined to live only in the environment that you have chosen for yourself. I choose wealth, not because I'm greedy but so I can help others close to me that need it. Thanks Dean, for the opportunity to learn from one of the best. Dean, you don't have to apologize to anyone. You run a business and it takes money to run it. You always giving more out to us than we can imagine. You will always have people that don't understand because they don't see/know everything that you do for everyone. I think you are awesome and I don't want to learn real estate from someone else. I've bought and read all your books. I wish my financial situation could allow me to purchase your RBBP and other programs. But, for now I'll just follow your website and learn from all the informations you put out. Thanks again.

and just like any business there are start up costs and maintenance costs. Education is one of the most important. No one expects to go to college and get a degree for free. No one should expect to receive this education for free. Sadly, a lot of times when something is received for free, it is not appreciated and utilized. This site and your books are actually enough to succeed. But like you have said many times, we pay for "speed" and to avoid costly mistakes. Any grumbling should be ignored, but it just shows how sensitive and sincere you are to "apologize".

Dean you of all people have nothing to apologize for. I'd bet my last penny there's no one else out there, that works as hard as you and your team to see to it others are able to find financial freedom.

Just like one of the other comments I read, I also joined the success academy, have Set For Life and now RBBP, it's been a couple of years for me and I still haven't done my first deal. Believe me, that's no one's fault but my own. I've been concentrating so hard on learning the real estate stuff, that I forgot I still don't know how to do a lot of the computer stuff. In other words I'm technology challenged!

Once I figure out Craigs list and how to put together a done for you web site (LOL) maybe I can move foward at a faster pace.

Yes Dean its OK to let your hair down some and just relax. I want to amend my previous post to the last blog. I never would expect that Dean give away his intellectual property for free...
just suggest maybe a real ACID TEST by decreeing
a Challenge....like a man named Robert Allen did
he took someone right from the unemployment line
and taught them how to make money on the internet. It turned out to be golden ! I don't suggest that it be duplicated...only something similar...just defer the cost say with 3 student
followers so they too may get the Rockbottom Blueprint...I believe you said it best in another

Thank you Dean for all you do. I've watched all 4 videos and the teleseminar. Like someone said earlier, I copied the information you gave us on the 2nd video. I am in your acedemy and I'm one of the slow starters. I still haven't gotten my first deal, and I still do not have any of my own money to invest, but from the 1st video in your Rock Bottom Blue Print, I have learned so much and have so much enthusiasim, I feel so much more confident from all the information you gave us in the videos. It's like someone put my engine into over drive, or charged up the turbo, and gave me the feeling that I really can do this. I won't be able to get your new program right now, but it's full speed ahead with all the tools I do have right now, and I know I can do this. Thank you for all you do.
PS. I'm glad you finally got a chance to enjoy your family and go swimming. I'll be watching for the Live internet TV show.

After all the free knowledge you've given me and anyone smart enough to listen- you should never feel apologetic. As for the money thing, well as for me I take inspiration in the fact that you did it and "walked into walls" and after your success you've "turned on the light" so that anyone who wanted to follow could do so so much easier and with great success. I am ashamed that I have to repeatedly pass up the great classes that you offer and buddy the price you ask for is a pittance. I decided when I left the Edge seminar that I would try to follow in you and your teams footsteps as closely as I could given my circumstances and after seeing Carol Stinson ( a woman who faced unbearable consequences) did so very well from home using a computer and a fax machine and of course her brain and your methods with a constant care child I am even more jazzed. If I can follow her and all of the other great achievers then I can get there too. "I don't ask for easy, I just want possible" heard this on a TV show recently don't know which one but is'nt it a great saying?

I totally misunderstood that a product was for sale from the time the RBBP emails started. I thought that it was a new education part of the website. I was excited and ready to learn, until it finally sunk in during the call that it was a sales pitch. It was like getting gut punched. I maxed out cash I didn't have on Success Acad. which I haven't had much success with. This plan sounded great, allowing me to have success quickly. I can't afford it; I would be taking food off the table as said in the call. Been down since then. The tone of the other posts seems to indicate I need to grow up that it's just business,but I'm still disillusioned. Just being real here.

THAT'S OK Dean we have those days,besides we can look over the hair,we just look forward too the valuble infromation that you have to share with us,keep up the good work.P.S work on my next deals see yall at the top.

I missed the Set For Life. I agonized over the Rock Bottom Blueprint. Yet, I pulled the trigger after 2 nights. Why? I think you know why already, Dean. We met at the EDGE last year in 2010. The only reason I missed this year? I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Business. It only took me 21 years to finish my degree. Yet, it was the last 4 years that showed my commitment. It was the time to take what I knew and commit to this. In many ways, I am like a juggernaut...once I get moving in a direction I keep going that way. Yes, I am having to face my own fears. Your commitment to us is what drives me to do what you ask. When I make it THIS YEAR, it will be because of you and your team. I could have given up when things went wrong, but I haven't. Your point about excuses, well made. Folks have to realize the brick walls are there for a reason, just like Randy Pausch said. How badly do you want it?

You know, more people need to understand the "nin" part of ninja. It means to perserve, overcome, and sufferance. It is time for us to put our shoulders into the straps and push/pull/leap to the task at hand.

In conclusion, Dean, you do a fantastic job. Keep it coming! Even if I think I am drinking from a firehose currently, I have done that before with my job and prospered because of it. This time I am building something that will not be torn apart because somebody decided to kill it. This time, it is mine.

You do not need to apologize for selling the RBBP and promoting it. If everything was free, most would not have any respect for it. I hope it is very successful.

I have only just begun to watch the blueprint videos and, before I get too heavily into them, wanted to know if I'm wasting my time because of my pending BK and lack of funds. Of course, if I win the lotto, the Bk and my low FICO won't matter but please humor me until that lotto ticket comes in.
