It's funny how I've been trying to get my wife to check Dean's products because I like to have the support of my wife and kids...just yesterday she was watching Joyce Meyer's, when her show went off Dean's came on. She was fixing the remote to change the channel and about the time she changed Dean said something that caught her attention. She changed back and sat through the entire program. When I woke I heard my 6 yr old saying, "mom, that's the book that dad's has. Look it's the same guy. Something had clicked for her she said. "Elika this is it!" I just smiled. "This is what you've been telling me all along!" I was in awe that all it took waas a sit down with Dean. "Wow!" I thought last year was my year. Now with my wife on my team, It's all good!

I just got finished watching ALL the blogs. Been recovery from some complicated surgery for a while, and now I'm nearly better.

For anyone who bought the books, put them on a shelf and never opened them,start logging on to the weekly blogs.

You'll remember why you ordered the books in the first place. And you ust might open the book, Like I finally did today, and then who know?

Besides, he gives cool things away!

I have always been a big believer in Real Estate. I tried a few deals which didnt work out the way I wanted to and has put in a bad spot financially. I still believe! More so after receiving your program. I feel I have all the knowledge and drive but need a little fine tuning to complete my first profitable deal. I will not give up! Set backs make you learn and drive harder! Please give the the one break in life I never had. I will not fail you. I am sure with the guidance of a mentor like yourself I will be in your success stories category with in months! If your system works in my area it can work anywhere! Dear Dean,
I've just finished your latest 2 books and I have to say that I'm walking on air! I feel like I have a secret that no one else in my little town knows about and I'm just so hopeful now. At age 53 and widowed, my future has been looking pretty sad. While I do have a decent job, I will never be able to retire with any comfort, and would have to sell my house and live in a tent to do so! Now I see, by using your methods, where I can make my own way and secure my future all by myself! It's amazing how houses I've never noticed before are coming into view, offering their opportunities to me. Today I took my first step. I called the County to find the owner's info on a distressed little house that needs lots of love. I sat right down and wrote a note to the owner asking if they were interested in selling. I hope to hear something within a week. Wish me luck! I honestly wish I had a partner to work with...it would be so much more fun but I suspect that I may end up with some strong business partners. Just uploaded my photo and words. It was really hard to do just 4. I have read your last 2 books and purchased the EDGE Home Study Course. All are really good. I'm currently in the process of making contacts in the real estate investing community, networking and building my team. Great learning experience. Will be doing my first deal soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And how true it is. Like so many others, the economy really kicked my life in the rear over the last 6 months. My wife had employment problems, we had financial problems, came real close to losing everything.

But we didn't. We held on, and through luck, skill, and the grace of the heavens we pulled through. Still, we had nothing. At just the right time I heard of Dean and his courses and, for the first time in a long while, I became excited and focused. I'm reading your books, watching the Edge, and learning all I can to become successful. And I definitely WILL become successful at Real Estate and in life.

I have been studying the material from the Success Academy for almost a month now and I am lost. I have searched investors and properties on the internet, talked to two agents, searched classifieds and drove around. Where do I begin? How do I tell if a property will be a good deal? Did I miss something? Please help!!

I have read your books and now taking action. I am developing my website per your instruction and everything is going well. I posted letters to few real estate agents and am waiting for responses. Your books are great and I want to personally say many thanks for your books. They are straight on the point with real estate. I wish to attend your academy soon. Also, would you please send me copy of the various agreement forms and fill some as examples for me to follow. Again, what other form do you fill up when you and decided to pay the offer fee at the end of the offer? I will need a little brushing on that part.

You are amazing. You are going to draw a name out of a hat and fly that person to meet with you and possibly your trainers. That's absolutely unheard-of. It's mind-boggling. It's...it's...an opportunity of a lifetime for that would-be millionaire. I hope you are going to film every moment of the conversations the winner has. The questions, the answers, and the followups may prove to be exactly what any one of us would love to discuss with you. I'd love to see you incorporate excerpts into your weekly blog.

Yes, you missed something. Start over. I don't mean just retrace all the same steps in the same way, but indeed you missed something. Go back and start over. Sure you read the books but did you hear what Dean was saying or were you so anxious for the books to instantly turn into money that you blew through them like wind through the trees. I don't mean that in a critical way, I fought that temptation myself. I made myself highlite, and I've made myself reread with the intent of formulating a plan. Just going thru the material at the Academy is like reading a college text book without attending college. You've got to do the homework, get out there and talk to people and then when you need help you call the trainers.
Dean has got so many ways to make money in real estate that a cursory reading of his materials can leave you wondering which way to start with. He knows this and lays it all out there so that there is something for everyone, both novice and veteran, and then he provides us such crutches as The Academy, "The Dean's List" step by step plan, the weekly blog, the monthly teleconference, the forums on this website, the how-to's and articles, and more. Yes, you missed something but it's not too late. Simply go back and dig into his material in an organized manner. Look for what it is that you want to do. Write it down as a plan of action. It's not too late to put yourself back on the path. Go for it. Take that first step and the next will be shown to you.

I don't know what to say. Before I read your book and become part of your family, I was basically homeless and felt helpless. Now, I can't even keep up with all the information and support. I made my first deal using your techniques and now have a home to call my own. I am in the process of making myself a stable environment where I can concentrate and soak every piece of information in like a sponge and with your help, practice it all at the same time.

As one of the lines states in a song from The Sound of Music...."Somewhere in my youth or childhood, I must have done something good!"

Thank you so much for turning my homeless hopelessness into euphoric utopia!

I ordered both of Dean's books and have started reading them. I have already put together a marketing plan using his examples in the books to get motivated sellers. He puts it together in a simple format. Imagine if your the winner that gets to spend time with him how much further along you will be. Good luck to everyone.
