Hi Dean,
I have been trying to find a bank in Indianapolis ever since I purchased two properties and I have not been able to find one. I spoke with you at the Edge buying summit and you suggested I ask Joe Juric. I did he said he didn't know of any. I have called around 20 small banks and credit unions in that area still was not able to. I asked my coach who has owned property in IN he did not have any either. I also spoke to my property manager who has numerous properties in IN and he said he was not able to find one to refi his properties either. Getting a little frustrated here;(. I would love to be able to refi and pull money out to repeat the process but I feel like I'm stuck here. PLEASE HELP. Ps I very much dislike camera's but I would come to do a show because it's you

Thanks Dean for the lessen today. We have used the small bank deal twice it does work and we thank you for that Dean. We are going through a bump in the road but will be back on track here in 2013. The DG family should be hearing more success story's from Steve and Veronica.

I have been having trouble with this program since the start, I have asked for a refund at least 6 or more times, and I keep getting told not to give up, they are going to teach me !!! So far no luck in this program. I am laid off, broke and losing everything, any chance I could get the refund I have been asking for since shortly after getting this program ???? I don't know what else to do, the advisors keep telling me to do the same things over and over, and I continue to get no results.

I really liked this weeks weekly wisdom. I love seeing real training taking place. The information on finding small banks to re fi with can really help a lot of folks!

Those are the kind of banks and credit unions that might have an unlisted REO or two available also. While you have them on the phone researching the re fi possibilities you might as well ask about their REO situation.

Good idea for TV show, but would you use your students who are already successful in the DG Family that have already did deals or would you try to help the ones who are struggling to make it happen and come up with a solution on your show to help them. Think it would be interesting. I might come to phonix to the show. This week lesson was great advice. Thanks again Dean. Now I am going out and do my lesson today.

Yes the local banks can twist a little more with less policies to adhere to !!

I am barely starting off in this business. Okay, I have had your stuff for a while and just recently I have been watching your weekly wisdom. They are like golden nuggets, a Christmas Present everyday! This last summer I got layed off from my job. I was a teacher for 6 yrs and love it a lot but, the economy took a turn for the worst. I have always wanted to be my own boss but, never know how too! I am a very hands on learner and would be overjoyed to see a actual deals. Is completed from start to finish. I would absolutely love to be in your T.V. audience.
