Wow what a program "Insider Elite"

Well I watched all 4 video leading to the Insider Elite program. I didn't really understand what all was included but I knew that if I wanted to take my business to the next level and beyond that that I could not pass this up. I had to do what ever I needed to do to become a member.

As I have been going through the training videos and getting familiar with the whole thing I have found that this is way more than I had ever imagined. This is unbelievable.

This is a great week despite just getting out of the hospital for a gall bladder attack ... we are closing on 2 more properties, 1 on Wed. & 1 on Fri.
These are deals from the MLS, 1st deal is a 2 bed/
1 bath/carport house with 1200 sq. ft. of living area.
It needs only paint, carpet, appliances & a few interior doors costing about $4000 in materials.
It should sell for 40K to 49K ... we are paying
20K for it. It should take 3 to 4 weeks to do the work.
2nd house is a HUD property. This one was a real pain to lock up, several different offers, re-doing paperwork, & having some mistakes made by the REA.
This house needs about 15K in materials, but should sell for 75K to 80K. We are paying 33K for it!

Have done over 10 deals but we hit a roadblock!

First I would like to start off by saying that wholesaling works, but it's just not enough for us right now! I don't know if we're doing something wrong, but we have done over 5 deals in the last 2 months, and we are only making 500-1000 per deal. When you split that in half (for the 50/50 partnership) that's simply just not enough (in our opinion) for all the time/work we put into the business. My guess is that we are dealing with cheaper properties, which gives less wiggle-room for wholesaler profits. But I don't know.

Stubborn Naysayer has seen the light

My brother Mike sold a house 10 yrs ago and made $60 Grand, so when I decided to do this Real Estate a year ago I tried to get him to jump onboard, cuz naturally I thought since he had made money in RE he wud wud jump on the opportunity. But, He said it was possible to make money b4 but not now in this bad economy. I told him he was wrong, this is the perfect time to get in on it, millions of dollars are being made by investors, he wudnt listen.

I haven't been on hear for a while because I've been busy making offers and having fun with my family.I put in 5-10 offers a day.I closed 2 deals at the end of July and made $9500.I have another deal that is closing on 9-14-12 ,similar to Rando1,and I'm making 15k.Its a estate sale and their are 7 family members that will be involed in the estate,but only one has rights to sign.We were suppose to close the end of August but its a probate.This the most I've ever made on a deal.I have a great realtor and I hope that all the people who haven't done a deal yet,would JUST DO IT! SERIOUSLY!
