I had plans to go out to dinner and making this a great night with my misses. I called her at work and told her that plans have changed and im giving all my attention to Dean and his amazing live cast tonight. Getting notepad and pen ready for whats to come tonight and sunday....

Hi I wont have access to a computer at that time all libraries close at 5pm EST. today any other day and Id be able to use the College Library they stay open until 9 PM Monday through Thursday but only to 5PM today, will there be a replay? What a pain, Jim

Hi Dean I hope you will be kind enough to have a replay, Ill be able to get some in on Sunday maybe 3hrs and the library closes at 3pm est.time on Sunday will it be so nice to complete some deals so I have my own place and office to work out of when I want and how long I want and not go through all this and miss out on some the stuff, been close to getting deals done but not quite there yet but close and I mean very close with some great returns, Jim

This is the best thing you've ever done. I love hearing about the success of other students, but oftentimes I'm left hanging. I always want to know the DETAILS. Today my wish was granted. It was as if I were talking to all the top students, one on one. Very inspirational. Can't wait to see Sunday's program.

Lucky for us Dean has a big caring heart and is willing to share. I've had some of his books for probably 5 years I would have to have his people look back to see when I got it. I just recently quit a 15 dollar an hour job and could consider myself unemployed, but I'm not, I have decided to do what I have always loved for years. I have started my own company, Vaught REI. I had to do 2 things FOCUS and ACTION, which I have done and am now closing in on my first pay check from Vaught rei. I am serious, Ive been in this world of real estate for a while and the only thing holding me or anyone else back is myself or yourself. Look in the mirror and change. I have been playing around since the days of Carleton Sheets. I have never just put the recipe together. I decided to do Deans book 30 days to real estate cash and do it step by step and its working well. I'm gonna cook me up a fat payday. THANK YOU DEAN.

Dean that was my first live webcast and I thought it was awesome hearing everyone. It was so inspiring my family all says I am crazy this will never work not one person is being positive. My son says its impossible to do mom with no money, and you lost your house 4 years ago . All I tell them just sit back and watch me and I had my son listen in today,he just looked at me. So I myself am ready and I am diving in.

It was an awesome livecast. Thanks Dean. It was very real and sincere, which most of your stuff is but this was more so for some reason. Probably because you showed so much of how you think about your business and your purpose. I think that is something that keeps people on the fences, is wondering if you are really thinking in the people's best interest or if you're just another successful business person good at selling. But I've known of course from the first time I made a big investment in your education program that you did have people's best interest. You and Robert Kiyosaki are the two biggest influences of my life every since my eyes were opened to the world of Financial Education. Of course I had doubts here and there but Now more than I believe in you. I don't have the fire and drive as strong as when I first joined but I am going to make myself take consistent action until I make my dreams a reality. Until I don't need the fire under my butt anymore, when it's my deals that are pushing me forward.
One of my flaws is that I already doubted myself before I even typed out my commitment. But I don't care. I will work through it and I will do it! I hope. j/k I will!

I'm a realtor in a very active, healthy market in Texas. Most of the brokers and agents here seem to know very little about sub-prime lending sources, and I'm still learning to. I did use the site you recommended, and I'll contact the local lenders, and I thank you for that.

I'm interested to know how you and other users define sub-prime. I know how I would define it, but terms such as that mean different things to different people.

You're right, though. There are brokerages/agencies out there that know about sub-prime lenders and mortgage brokers that can do things that other lenders, especially national-chain-banks won't do. Sometimes, those same agencies will also specialize in foreclosures and working with investors.

By the way, I can redeem some of the points I've earned here, somewhere, for the CD or DVD that has the free housing programs on it and perhaps something else?

Hey, I logged on to dg dot com to see if I could find out why I didn't get any emails this week and I noticed it was going on.

Found out recently my hubby may have to be on Disability or Unemployment due to some health conditions.

This may be the time it will force me to face my fears!!

I enjoyed listening to the whole thing. I have to make sure I have Sunday available. The chatting at the bottom was so fast I couldn't read everything. It became distracting and I finally had to enlarge the picture so I could pay attention to what all the great guests were saying.

Well the livecast was great and all the speakers. Had some issues getting on and hope this helps everyone and let you know that the best way to watch was thru facebook. Video and Sound stayed great.. - Knowledge + action = Results. We've heard it before but it always REVVS us up to hear it again!
- Don't hide your light, LET IT SHINE!
- Don't be afraid to lose money
- Carry $1000 in your pocket
- Give back
- Practice delayed gratification
- Market to people with deep pockets: Doctors, Surgeons, CEO's, Athletes, etc
- Chad won a car on Price Is Right!!! So cool
- Be a ladder entrepreneur, not a treadmill entrepreneur
- Ask someone "what's their retirement strategy" Once they answer, walk away
- Get paid from wholesale deals upfront
- Call "for rent" ads to find buyers
- Ask your realtor to run list of "cash sold"
- Don't overcomplicate finding cash buyers
- Life is about loving what you do and doing what you love!
- Take your focus off obstacles and focus on your GOALS
- Good is not good enough if GREAT can be attained

I was able to watch most of it, missed a couple of hours but what I did see was just super! I'll be there on Sunday

Well I saw the majority of it and it was good, with some good nuggets. I plan on watching Sunday, and watching the replay of the one I missed. Even if you heard some of the information before; it is good review or reminders of what to do.

Friday's webcast went smooth until the end of Jen Gray's part then I lost audio. Heard bits and pieces of Matt's story but didn't get to see the Lambo cause I was reading the ticker below. LOL

But I am prepared for Sunday!!! I called the family and told them to leave me alone on Sunday and not to call. Told the girlfriend to find something else to do with herself that doesn't involve me! (If she does leave the house I will also have clear access to our 1 bathroom for during the breaks!!) Set up the VCR (yeah, I'm old school, LOL) to tape both football games I've waited all week to be on over the air TV. (who knows if I'll ever get to watch them?) Looked at my lawn that really needs mowing and said " Screw THAT!!!" The bird feeders have been filled and my other work will just have to wait! The snack tray is ready, lunch and dinner are planned out (finger foods so no cooking ) and I've brought in an extra pillow for my office chair. I have 3 pads of paper(in case I run out of paper on one) and 3 pens (in case one doesn't work) and 3 pencils ( in case the pens run out of ink and the pencil points break while I'm writing.) I AM READYYYY FOR SUNDAY!!!! (I just hope I remember to blink every once and awhile. LOL)

Dean, I can't wait for you to be picking my name for the rental house

I am ready for Sunday. I must say this was great. A good refresher for even the seasoned investors. I truely felt everyone spoke from their heart and experience. Everyone had their own bits of diamonds to share. I felt the energy through the screen! All the tools are here for you to use on DG. This is the real deal.
