I can't wait to become a student of yours I have always wanted a Mentor I tell you its always been I don't have the money I don't have the money for training your financing option really helps without that I would have no chance with this I have been doorknocking an I'm out there on my days off looking for pre-foreclosures shortsales, I want to learn about your taxliens, lease options, buying an selling defaulted paper etc. I am just not getting the results from what I am currently doing Boston is a tough tough market, everyone wants top dollar, I just lost a probate deal my cousins house old colonial near tufts University in Medford Mass. She wanted 400,000 I told here I can't it needs 50,000 of work to be done, where is my margine here you know I offered her 320,000 cash an close within 30 days she then met with me an my business partner on this last week we were going to P&S then she said I won't sign it until my lawyer see's it that was it, and the deal fell apart I can't stand lawyers.I hope by working with you an your team of coaches I can close many deals instead of loosing them

Hi DG Fam,
I am overwhelmed by your encouragements and congratulations. There have been a couple questions about my deals. I dug up the link for the old post I made when it was happening. Read if you like and go do it!
I am currently completing a rehab on my third house and hope to have it on the market in a couple weeks. Remember "you make your profit when you buy the property, not when you sell it" i.e., build lots of profit into your purchase price. Good thing I did that because the market has gone down since my purchase, still enough meat on the bones though.
I'll let you all know how the Insider Edge classes go. I'll be attending tomorrow, Friday and Saturday from 9 to 6. Whew! That's going to call for lots of coffee, and no shortage of that here in Seattle. LOL! Attending with me will be my husband, that is when he can get away from his over-stressful job from which I hope one day to free him with my profits!!! He was previously my prime nay-sayer - how about that!

I'm inspired by Dean always finding new ways to help us. I'm humbled by the great people on this sight. I recently attended The Insider's Edge training and met a wonderful young man beginning his journey in RE investment. I got an email from him tonight asking me to be his mentor. Can you imagine??? I still know so little. But maybe I can just hold his hand and pull him up to the next rung on the ladder. What do you think? Should I do it?
Did I say "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"? It bears repeating.
