Lane I don't understand it, Jmaes has gone through a lot to get this done and people can't even take a chance on it. I bought the Edge 2010 set and it was a great event to watch I can't even imagine being there in person. COME ON PEOPLE wake up.

I guess most of the people on this site just aren't MOTIVATED to change their lives and take advantage of a free offer like this! Oh well, the less people that apply just ups the chances for the people that have applied!

I just checked and there were about 250 people on this site. Just goes to show the old 98% rule. I thought there would be hundreds of entrees. What a great place for new investors to go and network and learn current strategies then go home and figure out which ones are working in their areas. Maybe you will hit double digits on the entrees before it is over. NO VISION! Join up people, don't be the "investor" that asks "how do I do an assignment" 2 years from now!

Okay, I just starting writing mine up and will put it on later tonight.
I did have a good reason to wait, and it was an extremely stressful week for me.
So as Karen says, be patient!!
But I am surprised that more didn't enter right away. Maybe they are afraid to, and feel they don't have a chance.
That was a part of why I didn't even consider it. But had something major happen to me this week and the outcome would have changed my life forever.
But good news thanks to lots of prayers, and now I can get on with investing.
But for those who think why try, as I did...had a friend and my brother, make me realize that I am good enough to try for this.
So here's to some more entries!!

Real estate investing is about reading the details in the contracts; if you don't you can really screw yourself up. The same with this contest; I would suggest you read the details BEFORE you enter......I'm just saying!
