If you haven't joined the Success Academy, it can change your future. You have to use the resource - but it will work. Getting the tuition back was a major incentive for me in and of itself!
Are we going to have secret passwords, badges, a pledge, a logo, what?

Sweet...I know there r a bunch more and I hope we can combine our experience to come up with some out of the box ideas to help others get their FIRST deal ...because after the first one ...a boatload of CONFIDENCE is added and they for sure will be on their way.

Congratulations!!!! It is a rewarding feeling to know we have accomplished this....but the MOST rewarding feeling is to know we have only just begun to realize our potential!!.the success academy is something we can use day in and day out.it is the basics to real estate...and if u don't learn the basics of anything then u spend alot of time,money and headaches making mistake after mistake.mistakes r how u learn but learning the basics first is the foundation to any BUILDING PROJECT!!! Including building YOU!!!.
back to your? ?s tens....sorry....I am not sure what we r going to accomplish as a refund club but I do want to see us INSPIRE others to join and or learn from some thinking different from all of us that did whatbit takes to get our refund.I am not sure how many have succeeded at this but it would be great to get alot more members and brainstorm together to achieve some goals that we as a group assemble together!! All ideas welcome.badges would be awesome....not sure what the new site will encompass but we will wait to see ....im sure it will be sweeeeet.looking for more members to join this great team! !!!!!!

i haven't gotten my refund yet nor my first deal...but i'm still motivated and willing. can't wait until i get mine. soooon...so excited!!!

Of coarse as you can see it is TRUE and we r PROOF that if you follow a path and do what is being taught then you get rewards.For some just to get a refund is a step or even maybe a GIANT stepping stone to much bigger things.If and when you join the academy and DO get your refund...you will feel such an accomplishment that ROCKETS your CONFIDENCE........you will be unstoppable!!!! We are members now. What are we going to do and how are we going to organize this elite club? What is the purpose? Could be a great opportunity to form a NATIONWIDE mastermind group.Internet meeting with all of us discussing problems and strategies for purchasing, flipping, buy and holding as the main objective. Many people TRY virtual wholesaling but I find they have buyers but no properties that are actual wholesale deals. We could all be team mates on the ground in our areas that can supply PROPERTIES or buyers with in our network. You find a property here, I evaluate it and supply a buyer or vise versa. We expand our network with proven action takers. Not really interested in trying to educate newbies, they need to get into this club through the school of hard knocks themselves. I give back through other posts and activities, not the refund club. This of course is just my idea and opinion on what this could be.

Let's hear from our other members what they think and what ideas they have.I had an idea of one direction that we could take but since we do have an ELITE group I want to hear EVERYONES opinion and we can form a mastermind to come up with the best direction for us.thanks for your idea and it does make sense for us to CONTINUE to use our training and experience COMBINED to raise the bar and in doing so we could help MORE people in the long run.great idea mike.

It's a great strategy. Proven action takers collaborating to create more widespread success. When I got my refund, Dean called to me say congrats. At that time he said he was thinking about doing something similar to what Michael suggests with the students who had achieved this goal. So, yes, - lets get tangible here. I'll head up the Pacific Northwest - I'm not aware of anyone else here - but please speak up if I'm wrong! Maybe we can start with a conference call or skype meeting - I'm no technology guru - but there are ways we can all meet virtually and get this thing going.

to mikes idea.we need to get things going .i know the others r doing deals and teaching so they may not be on much so i will try to contact them.we need to have a mission and agree on a direction ...mike has a great idea but as a group we can bring new ideas to the table and or agree on mikes.

agree with you gena......we can skype or tel con call.we def NEED to start taking some action on this.....after all thats how we got here !!

Michael's idea is awesome and it works. We've done several deals with Carol Stinson that way and a deal with Louisa Clary. We get properties from our hedge fund bank across the country and then discuss it's value with a dg member and what their buyers may pay of it. Lock it up and we split the wholesale profit. It is great as it saves both parties time and we both make good $$$.
